It was easy to set up. The battery is removable so that’s convenient. Long battery life. I’ve riden 1.5 hours on it nonstop and the battery barely lowered. It has adjustable speeds and can go slow or really fast. I’m able to get it up a step do to some handle bars in the front and back of the scooters. I’ve only had it a week but so far no complaints. The media could not be loaded. I read reviews and compared so many mobility scooters before deciding on the Ecomobi MS02 scooter. After having this a few weeks I have no absolutely no regrets about my choice. It was money well spent. The battery charge lasts and lasts. I've been using it around the property 3 days and it is barely off full charge. One thing I was looking for was a mobility scooter I could use on our property. The Ecomobi MS02 fills the bill. I just can't be any happier. It runs right up our ramp to our home even on turtle speed. It has the ability to be very fast. If you are looking for a mobility scooter that's safe, strong and dependable trust you choice of the the Ecomobi MS02.

This scooter is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and goes faster and further than any other scooter I’ve owned. The best part is that it is right AND left handed. I wouldn’t be able to walk my pup without this scooter. Great purchase!

Scooter was 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. There is a small black plastic housing up.in the front that is literally impossible to get screwed together I wound up electrical taping it together. It's an extremely poor design. Put battery on charger immediately and took about 6 more hours to come to Green Light on charger. Ran scooter for about 1 hour on first charge ...somewhere around 3 miles. Didn't seem to put much of a dent in the battery but instructions said to do this and then I've put battery back on charger. Scooter has solid wheels and no suspension so it's a pretty bumpy ride. It's shorter than the rental scooters at Disneyland but faster by about a half mile per hour. It struggled a little going up gentle slopes but I'm 230 lbs and it did climb the hills. Don't know how it would handle a 300lb person. Like I said it short so it has a pretty sharp turning radius. Starts out gradually but comes to full speed quickly. Reverse worked good too. Head light is great. I'm still in the process of breaking in battery to get it to 100% charged capacity. That takes a few uses and recharges to do. All in all I'm pleased with this $750 Scooter. Seems Like it'll handle a day at Disney or Knotts just fine while my broken foot is healing.

We love our new MS02 mobility scooter. It arrived on time and was very easy to assemble. Two knobs were damaged in shipping, but we contacted Ecomobi and they shipped replacements out right away. EXCELLENT customer service!!! We are STILL trying to run our battery down so we can recharge it for the first time! It holds a charge forever!! It's a lot faster than other scooters I've tried before, takes bumps well, can go up streets without a problem. I can't think of one thing I dislike about this scooter. We are getting ready go on a family reunion vacation and now I know I will be able to enjoy our trip without holding my family up or missing outings all together. If you are shopping for a mobility scooter, I HIGHLY recommend this one. Not just for the amazing scooter, but also for the customer service that you receive with it.

Scooter came well Boxed! It was just like the Picture! It is very sturdy & the Battery life is great!!! went to COSI a Science Center in Columbus, Ohio & it only dropped half the Battery after 2 hours!!! Worth the Money of $499 & the $150.00 Delivery is worth it, rather than pay 1500 to 2000 dollars!
