Ordered this scooter based on great reviews and a good comparative price. Arrived earlier than scheduled. It was very easy to assemble. I am using it both in the house and outside. In the house, I use it to get from my suite to the laundry room which are at opposite ends of the house. I also use it outside in the yard to go to the garden or to the breezeway. It runs great inside and outside. It can take some bumps and hills. Very sturdy. It goes pretty fast - I use it in turtle mode to be safe. Baskets are great - can carry my laundry or lawn tools or garden tools in it, depending what I am doing. Battery lasts - based on my usage, I charge about every 4 days. Comfortable to sit in with adjustable arm rests and seat is very supportive. Highly recommend!! ... show more

On the last day of four day rock festival I finally decided to do my review. The battery life lasted me almost 2 days at the festival. The speed setting I have to keep turned down very low so that I’m not out running people. This mobility scooter has some real get up and go. There is a slight hesitation when you first pull the accelerator. I have not had any trouble on the grass. Luckily it has not rained. I am 5‘7“ and 220 pounds, the scooter fits me very comfortably. I do have to extend the arms out just a bit. I wear a size 7 1/2 in women’s shoes. I have about an inch or more space left for my feet. The front light is extremely bright at night. Provides great visibility. The horn I wish was louder for the event, but it’s probably fine for every day situations. The front and rear basket are perfect for what I need to carry into the festival. It gives me plenty of space to carry my drink, blanket, and sweatshirt for after dark. If you were to try to pick the scooter up with everything assembled, it is very heavy. However, once I take the seat, baskets, and battery off it is very easy to lift and sit in my trunk. Keep in mind, the battery alone is about 24 pounds. Just be aware, I ordered the blue and it is more grey than blue. I’m perfectly fine with that. ... show more

Omg love my scooter! So easy to put together and love the handles to load into the car! Its fast and folds down to fit in our car perfectly. I haven't had to use the 2nd battery I got the 45mile one so it comes with an extra battery and honestly I dont even need it but will take it with me for theme parks. 15 miles is pretty far. I live in the mountains and have lots of hills and it does amazing! I do want to add the mirrors and they are like $30 on there website. I 100% recommend this scooter! I got the pink one and love it! The light on the front is so bright and love the basket on the front and back! Just a great deal! 100% recommend to buy this scooter! ... show more

We bought two identical (apart from color) Ecomobi 4 wheel scooters this month. Both the purchases and delivery went flawlessly, with responsive seller communication throughout. My wife and I both have issues with longer walks these days, and we decided that a couple of small scooters would help us to make better use of our annual passes to the Disney theme parks. We had been researching options for some time before choosing ths model as the best overall for our needs. These scooters are lightweight, they handle very well, and it is easy for even just one of us to lift them in and out of the trunk of our car after separating the seat assembly and the battery from the body. So far we are delighted with the qualty and value of our purchases, and we are looking forward to enjoying many wonderful days at Walt Disney World now that we are mobile again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Easy to assemble is a understatement. Took less than 15 mins to put together. The red color is vibrant and beautiful. Sleek and slim does not take space up in your home. Having a pprt to cjarge your phone is so convenient. Has a headlight so others can see you during late hours. Speed adjustment and battery status right at your view. You can easily adjust your seat. Great leg room. It has 2 baskets one in the front and one in the back for extra storage. Did my due diligence based on options, quality, price, and customer service remarks. I like the bigger wheels. I like how the headlights are bright and can be adjusted without being affected by the angle of the handle stand according to your preferences. I like the additional basket at the rear and the high speed up to 7mph. It slows down for safety when it goes down. The scooter took inclines sufficiently and it could climb with higher angles. Assembly was done in 30 mins because the instruction is not clear but its really to figure out. The turning ratio is too good. What I mean is that the only thing I did not like about is the turning of the handle is too loose to turn left or right thereby making sharp turns. Got to take it easy on the turns or it feels like tipping but getting used to it. I do not know about customer service so far. There was a live rep. at the end of the line. It takes 24 hours to respond. Now I am waiting if they follow through. I will get back to you with the customer service result. Bottom line, it is a BUY! ... show more

Really cute scooter and price is very reasonable. I purchased the gray metallic color. It has under tones of purple as it is opalescent in color. I love it. I have MS and needed a scooter to be able to have some independence when outside or public places. It is narrow which I prefer for isle shopping. All the features are great and work beautifully. It is portable with a SUV and comes apart in four pieces. The battery is the heaviest part of the whole scooter. It has excellent battery life, turning radius.
