I purchased this scooter because I hurt my back but needed to get around work (I manage a motel) and the motel is laid out all over the place. On top of that, I was in the middle of a room remodel (100 rooms) and needed to be overseeing the project. Because I was busy, my wife who excels at assembly, said it was fairly easy to assemble, gave assembly instructions 3 stars. The unit is sound, has a speed control knob, tops out at a good speed, front light works well. Back up warning is loud (obnoxiously safe) and after two weeks of use, my back was healed enough to not depend on it so much. Believe it or not, it’s still going on the original charge. I can see why this unit had an average of 4.8 stars. If you need a mobility scooter this one is for you. BTW, I weigh about 216 pounds, no sweat for this scooter getting me around.

I love this scooter. It is perfect for what I need. I have a back injury, which I can walk around on normal days. But when you make big trips to Disney World for the day or to a convention center for a Cheer competition, this a scooter is invaluable. Not only does it help because you don’t have to do the miles of walking, but you have a built in seat no matter where you go. Plus when we are at places like Disney and universal, and I can’t keep up with the kids, the scooter makes me faster than them. LOL! Besides the scooter’s basket and rack also turn into everyone’s storage for their drinks, snacks, souvenirs, jackets, etc. We even strapped a small cooler to the back to carry cold drinks, so it saved us a lot of money at the parks. And when we did 4 days at Disney and I just charged the scooter at night and it lasted me all day the parks. When I first purchased the scooter, the shell was cracked during shipping. When I notified the company, they immediately sent a replacement. They also helped me by talking me through replacing the shell step by step. Now it’s back to being cute and whole. Speaking of cute, I have gotten a ton of compliments on the pink color of the scooter too!! So don’t hesitate to get this scooter for your mobility needs. It’s functional and cute too! And of course if you need it, they have incredible customer service to boot!!

Very nice scooter. Easy to operate. I am disabled and very easy to put together. Owners manual not the best but not a problem. Scooter is pretty fast. I use it to take out trash and take out my laundry. Controls are easy to use. Really all you need to do is put four bolts in to hold seat to pedestal and put on two baskets. I give my scooter a 5 star rating....! Turing radius is good seat and handle bars are adjustable. Over all a very nice scooter.....!

Ordered this scooter based on great reviews and a good comparative price. Arrived earlier than scheduled. It was very easy to assemble. I am using it both in the house and outside. In the house, I use it to get from my suite to the laundry room which are at opposite ends of the house. I also use it outside in the yard to go to the garden or to the breezeway. It runs great inside and outside. It can take some bumps and hills. Very sturdy. It goes pretty fast - I use it in turtle mode to be safe. Baskets are great - can carry my laundry or lawn tools or garden tools in it, depending what I am doing. Battery lasts - based on my usage, I charge about every 4 days. Comfortable to sit in with adjustable arm rests and seat is very supportive. Highly recommend!!

This scooter has changed my life. I am now able to enjoy activities with friends and family that were so painful and strenuous for me in the past. The scooter is very comfortable, lightweight, just the right size, and easily loads into the back of my SUV. The walking speed is welcomed at Disneyland, San Diego Safari Park, Zoo, Sea World, and Street Fairs. The small basket is handy and I added another larger basket at the back to carry even more items.

This scooter’s motor went out after three months. It is highly used. With saying that the third party seller needed a video to determine what was wrong. A week later I received a new motor. I’m having a little bit of trouble finding someone to install it but the company will reimburse me up to $80 with an invoice. I’m pretty impressed by that whole process because to tell you the truth I didn’t think it was going to be as easy a task as it was.

It was so easy to assemble, and I could hardly hear the motor. It did great on the grass and the speed was on point. I would highly recommend this scooter, the only issue I have is that the turning could be better, it didn't take long for the battery to charge and once folded down it fit right in the back of my car and I feel very safe riding it outdoors.
