Beautiful chairs. Assembly is not too difficult but I would highly recommend using a ratchet set to assemble. It was a little challenging aligning the arms during assembly. It took a little over an hour for two of us assemble 4 chairs using the ratchet set for securing bolts. One chair rocked too far backwards. We just rotated the attached piece underneath. Now it rocks a little too much forward but that is the better option. We decided to keep the chair as all four patio chairs are not used frequently. The chairs are very comfortable and accommodating to the 230-260 pound men in my family. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love love these chairs! I spent hours combing different websites for chairs that BOTH rock and swivel.... and decided this unique flower pattern is perfect for my "Mexi/Cali" decor. They were easy to put together since they come in minimal number of pieces. They are spacious and rock or swivel smoothly for relaxing patio sitting like a nice resort. The cushions are thick and comfy, do not feel like they'll flatten out soon. The material is weather resistant which is crucial for the hot Atlanta all day sun and rain my patio gets. The finish is smooth and even. It's not listed but vendor advised thru seller question portal, the warranty is a year. I can live with that.

These are really well made chairs. Solid yet lightweight due to their aluminum construction. Best packaging I’ve ever seen, totally protected for shipping. Twice what the steel models cost but totally worth it and I believe they will have a very long life.

We purchased these expensive (beautiful) chairs in July of 2020. Fast forward to mid September 2021. One of the base welds came apart, leaving the chair unusable. I contacted Phi Villa via email and was told that the warranty was for 1 year, when in fact their description on Amazon stated 5 years. I brought this discrepancy to their attention, of which they replied "Sorry for the wrong description. We will correct it ASAP. We only have 1 year warranty, not 5 years. And we don't have the replacement base in stock now. Sorry for the inconvenience. To make you happy, we could give you a 5% discount for your next order on our online store. " Seriously??? I don't think a 5% discount will rectify the problem on the chairs that were purchased for $525 for the pair. Obviously, I will not purchase anything from Phi Villa ever again!!!!
