Installation was very easy. I had 4" ducting, so I had to purchase a reducer (the unit has a 6" exhaust). I set it to 110 CFM and the airflow is quite reasonable. The LED is great - bright enough to be useful, and the fact that we can dim it (three settings) and change the color temperature (also three settings) makes it super flexible. The main reason I purchased this, however, is the Bluetooth speaker. It works great! The volume is terrific, and the sound quality is reasonable. I can now listen to my tunes from my iPhone in the shower. The fact that you can set it to do a light show that matches the music is SO much fun! The only downside of the Bluetooth speaker is that it really only pairs with one iPhone at a time. My spouse and I both have our own iPhone, and the process to pair to the speaker was a bit too complex to do every day. So, we picked an iPhone and have kept that phone paired to the speaker. It would be nice to be able to have more than one iPhone paired to the speaker at a time, then each iPhone could pick the speaker from the audio options - but I didn't see a way to make that happen. ... show more

This was installed by an HVAC contractor because I knew that my vent ducting needed to be increased from the 3 inches and loud, to 6 inches. Because I have only, 1 switch, I thought that I would need to add wiring and another switch to be able to turn off the fan and leave the light on. My HVAC contractor picked this out. I would not need to add new wiring since it had a remote control. I understand that it was easy enough to install but I personally would not have been able to change the duct work. This looks great, very clean lines. The remote allows me to set whatever lighting level I want, dim for night lighting, soft for soothing and soaking, bright cuz I like bright. Versatile lighting. The fan airflow CFM cannot be changed after installation, so I chose the 160 to move more air. As much as I wanted to be able to turn off the fan I never do because it is so very quiet. The larger duct work made that possible. The fan moves the air great. No steam on the mirrors. No after potty smell. My son loves the Bluetooth function as he listens to his music. It's very easy to connect and works great. I just like the quiet. So far money well spent. Glad I made this purchase. ... show more

First of all I should mention that the template supplied with the bathroom fan is wrong! Use the actual housing to measure for the opening. I learned the hard way after cutting the hole that it was not correct. That being said, it is a very nice addition to my bathroom. The fan itself is very quiet and I have to really strain to hear it and it does a really good job clearing out the air. It is also very bright which is great. The speaker sounds good and is plenty loud enough and clear. The colored lights are a nice addition if you want to set the mood for a relaxing bath. Overall I would recommend this product, just don't use the template that is supplied. ... show more

Update I received the replacement and installed it. Very easy to install. It worked immediately as soon as I connected it, when the BT establishes connection if chimes. Happy with the product, I rate the sound quality as 3.5/5, You can't expect more from a speaker as small, but overall it creates a nice ambience and experience. Excellent customer service. Update On July 9 customer service reached out on private message and took down all the details. Attempted to instruct me on some setting in my iPhone. But nothing worked. They are kind and understanding and sent me a replacement for the speaker/light part. Waiting on it to arrive in the mail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original review: 07/07/2025 Absolutely useless. Had it professionally installed. Connects to Bluetooth but there is no audio. All connections are done right. Garbage! Now I don’t know what to do with it. It’s inside my ceiling! This thing works better than expected and is virtually quiet. Except the speaker of course. Sound quality is good and I love being able to adjust the volume without doing using my phone. My other bathroom has a Fan/Light/Bluetooth speaker but does not work like this one. Full control from the remote. So far loving this one! Will update if anything changes. Update: This still works great and I have to add that it remembers the previous setting, so when I turn on the power switch the fan and Bluetooth comes on just how I left it. This fan is frustrating. I have replaced it three different times. Our shower is high humidity but the fan is built for that, right? It keeps dying after about 3-6 months but the last time it only worked for a month. I’m buying it again and getting the protection plan. Why do I keep rebuying the same fan if it keeps quitting? Because I do not want to replace the fan itself, which is mounted in the attic. So I keep replacing the unit with the light and speaker. I do t care about the light and speaker. I wanted that when I originally bought it, but now I just want a fan that works. Anyway, when it works it’s a really great fan. We have a steam shower so the glass door into the shower is sealed tight. If I close that door and leave the fan on overnight it sucks the door through the plastic seal. If only it would last longer than a few months before quitting. Anyway…I’m trying again. ... show more
