Installation was very easy. I had 4" ducting, so I had to purchase a reducer (the unit has a 6" exhaust). I set it to 110 CFM and the airflow is quite reasonable. The LED is great - bright enough to be useful, and the fact that we can dim it (three settings) and change the color temperature (also three settings) makes it super flexible. The main reason I purchased this, however, is the Bluetooth speaker. It works great! The volume is terrific, and the sound quality is reasonable. I can now listen to my tunes from my iPhone in the shower. The fact that you can set it to do a light show that matches the music is SO much fun! The only downside of the Bluetooth speaker is that it really only pairs with one iPhone at a time. My spouse and I both have our own iPhone, and the process to pair to the speaker was a bit too complex to do every day. So, we picked an iPhone and have kept that phone paired to the speaker. It would be nice to be able to have more than one iPhone paired to the speaker at a time, then each iPhone could pick the speaker from the audio options - but I didn't see a way to make that happen. ... show more

So far so good.

Installed over a month ago and so far it's working great. I don't use the color lighting so much but you can set the white light to different shades. As far as the exhaust fan, it's super quiet. And th3 bluetooth speaker has been working great too.

Wonderful machine for a great price. We really only needed the option to turn the fan off and on with the remote but got much, much more! The speaker works really nice and sounds great. It takes a while to get used to the remote and different options for the lights. The lights definitely are nice and change the colors of soaps and things in the bathroom which is cool. Now lets see how long it lasts! ... show more

Nice fan but Bluetooth could use a tweak

I like the features and retrofit installation was no issue. Fan is attractive and modern. Will never use the multicolor LED function - feels like showering in a disco;). Wish there was a way to toggle the Bluetooth of the fan on and off as every time we turn on the fan for a shower or #2 someone’s phone connects. This is kind of a necessary evil to ensure devices connect easily, so we just deal. Need to toggle off your BT in settings (these are all iPhones auto connecting). Audio is fine for what this is. I have in-ceiling speakers that are hard wired that sound better but this is very convenient and shares the same ceiling space as the fan. Manufacturer had reached out with remediation steps after I couldn’t get the fan to run quietly. I disconnected the flexible exhaust duct and the fan ran silently, so it’s some issue with the duct in the attic. I straightened it out as far as I could but I still get a rattling sound (this seems like a me problem and not a fan problem). Fan is running on the lower setting too - really rattles the duct on high. Not sure why all the reviews for the Orein fans are all lumped together. Not sure if this a a purposeful ploy to increase star ratings across poorer made products or user mistakes, but scould violate Amazons TOS. Needs to be cleaned up. I purchased a "OREiN 3-in-1 Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Bluetooth Speaker & LED Light, 110/160 CFM Quiet Ventilation Fan, 1500LM, 2700K-6500K Adjustable, Night Light, Remote Control on Amazon on June 6, 2025. The fan was installed '5' weeks ago (November 1st, 2025), and I absolutely love it. Everything you advertise is true. You have exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, it has failed. The failure was caused by a small piece of plastic holding the metal support on the fan/light housing ( it secures the tensioning spring ), which broke, allowing one side of the light/speaker housing to fall. Please see my pictures. The housing was then held on the ceiling by the (only) power wires connected to the housing and only one of the tension springs. The stress on the wiring from the fallen speaker assembly then broke the plastic mounts for the speaker. We were fortunate that the fan didn't fall on a family member, but the housing and speaker assembly are now broken beyond use. We understand that the fan has a 2-year warranty and would very much like to fix it and continue using it. I have reached out to the company regarding their 2-year warranty - but - nothing but crickets..... Absolutely no kind of response. I will update my review if the situation changes and I hear back from the company. At this moment -----I absolutely do-NOT recommend this product... An update, I may have been using the wrong number to contact Orein Customer Support. There was another contact number on their webpage that I used this last time and they sent an immediate response to my complaint. They are now reviewing my pictures and case. Update I received the replacement and installed it. Very easy to install. It worked immediately as soon as I connected it, when the BT establishes connection if chimes. Happy with the product, I rate the sound quality as 3.5/5, You can't expect more from a speaker as small, but overall it creates a nice ambience and experience. Excellent customer service. Update On July 9 customer service reached out on private message and took down all the details. Attempted to instruct me on some setting in my iPhone. But nothing worked. They are kind and understanding and sent me a replacement for the speaker/light part. Waiting on it to arrive in the mail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original review: 07/07/2025 Absolutely useless. Had it professionally installed. Connects to Bluetooth but there is no audio. All connections are done right. Garbage! Now I don’t know what to do with it. It’s inside my ceiling!
