My picture is edited, but even without filters this lil palette is cute and packs a punch! You just need a good eye base that's tacky for them to stick to. I use the Urban Decay Shadow Potion in Original. The key with elf shadows and really any shadow in general is to press the pigment in and not sweep back and forth like those gurus you see everywhere. I like everything about this product. The shades are very nice with my brown skin. I find it easy to blend and to mix the colors. Also to high light with.

I love E.l.f products and this eyeshadow palette is very nice and pigmented. The case closes very securely and would be great for traveling. My only complaint is that the eyeshadow palette is a lot smaller than expected and the eyeshadow pans are not deep whatsoever so I don't feel like it will last very long, but for $3 I highly recommend! Very creamy and smooth, no problems with blending, nothing much to say! Held up well throughout the day, no creasing, not much fall out, however I didn't work well with 2 of my nyx primers, so if you wish to use it with a primer it may not work 😁

Elf makeup seen in stores is not that bad, in average shape and about the right price for quality and packaging. I assumed that it would be the same for online ordering, but I was wrong! Do NOT order online, if you must! Head to the nearest pharmacy instead, or just don't order from them at all! You do get what you paid for, but the texture is too dry and cakey, seems dangerous to use on any skin. They sent not only the wrong color but also in awful shape. As you can see in the picture, it's dusty and broken. This is unacceptable! Size is what I expected, but nothing else. Not the quality, color, or anything other than that. Do not order this product! There are other products for around the same price-- just go to Ulta Beauty or other brands. Please don't waste your money! Unless they manage to get back to me with an explanation to why such a terrible mistake happened, I will not change my review. Edits may be made in the future. ... show more

I found out why this item is so cheap, some of the shadow is loose all over the box in came was packaged in. Two or three of the colors are usable.
