I’ve had numerous grills over the last 50 years and without a doubt this 4 burner grill has offered the most value for the money. It’s a well designed appliance and the manufacturer quality control was evident, since all parts fit perfectly. Recessed bosses aligned each panel which eliminated numerous pieces of hardware. Although it took about 4 hours to finish the assembly, there was no need to modify anything- something I can’t say for many other grills I’ve bought and assembled. Only gripe I had was the need to be somewhat intuitive when changing out the propane burners and installing the NG equipment. Other than that, so far, the grill has performed perfectly - reaching 600 degrees preheat in about 10 minutes. Even the side burner is actually useful and I’ve been able to sauté on it- something that is always challenging in a medium priced grill. We’ll see how it continues to perform after a few years but so far I’m very impressed. ... show more

I like the quality of the grill. It heats up really fast and has great controls. The large grill surface area allows for indirect cooking which is great for the rotisserie option that I got. I found it to be a little daunting to put together in the beginning, with all of the parts laid out, but after I watched the video, it was easy to assemble, and I did it by myself without any assistance. I found the conversion kit to natural gas to be very easy to install. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the purchase. The grill over all so far cooks ok however the conversion from lp gas to natural gas was horrible. The support to resolve the issue was even more frustrating. The conversion kit they recommended is expansive and overkill. If You need only a lp grill You will have no problem as they ship the model marked NG (natural gas) with the orifices lp gas installed. To remove the lp orifices you need a special tool they supply only with their conversion kit. However I did not buy their conversion kit I bought another which had a longer gas line connection to my supply line and much less money than theirs. The documentation does not state that you need their special tool to remove the lp orifice. Also their kit comes with a additional NG regulator which most home users will not need as in my community the NG is low pressure at the NG house meter and regulator. So consult with you gas supplier to have them check your pressure . Buyers beware. ... show more

Style: Clearview with Conversion Kit
The grill is wonderful. It cooks great and looks better. The only complaint I have is the conversion kit to natural gas was useless to me. The AD doesn't say the natural gas orifices are already installed in the grill. Had I known that I wouldn't have needed the kit. I had already converted my Blackstone to NG and had a set up built for two grills, so I had all the hoses and regulators I needed. I only ordered the kit to get the orifices, that don't come in the kit. Now if you haven't already set up for NG the way I did, you will need it, but don't order the kit for the orifices. Other than that I'm extremely happy with the grill. The grill definitely deserves 5 stars. But customer service was Johnny on the spot with my issue, so they also deserve 5 stars as well. ... show more

This is advertised as a NG grill not a propane. However it does have the ability to do both. If you think your getting the NG set up you would be wrong as I was .. then it's 100 bucks to get the conversion kit after the fact ... Not happy ..change the title to say NG capable but not included

2 things to start with; 1) I do not understand the feedback I saw around this being difficult to assemble. It could not have been easier and the construction of the unit is very good. It came together quickly, no missing parts, no misaligned parts, everything just worked. The gas conversion is also very easy to do and the instructions are straightforward. 2) I also read feedabck that the natural gas conversion didn't seem to deliver a lot of heat. I think people must not have adjusted the flame height or removed the LP orifices from the burners. If installed correctly, this thing gets piping hot real quick. I was over 600 degrees in about 10 minutes. It heats up quicker than my Blaze gas grill which is a high end unit. Very happy with the quality and construction. I only have one cook so far but it seems to heat evenly across the grates. I like that the grates are cast iron which is great for searing. All in all, very happy with the purchase and anyone looking at a comparable Weber Genesis or Napoleon Rogue should check this out. Much more affordable but (at least so far) quality seems to be on par and customer service is great. ... show more

I love my Monument grill! It is beautiful stainless steal and sturdy! I love having a side burner too, so I don't make the house hot! It keeps a steady temperature too! It was easy to assemble. I also bought a conversion kit and it was easy to convert it to gas.
