First, the shipping packaging for this grill is first rate and the grill arrived with no damage. The major components of the grill are identified with a sticker corresponding to numbers in the installation instructions, making assembly straightforward. Assembly required about 45 minutes, from unpacking to connecting the propane. All the components fit perfectly, and the only tool required is a Philips head screwdriver. Test fired the grill, and it quickly reached 500 in under 5 minutes. Burner controls allowed the temperature to be easily adjusted. First meal cooked on the grill came out perfect. I love this grill. Grill assembly took a little longer than an hour, but instructions were easy to follow, and all the parts were there and easy to find. This grill is solid as a rock. Way better than any i saw at the local big box and hardware stores. The metal parts are thick and strong, not flimsy. Operation is smooth. It really does heat up in just a few minutes. No more turning on a grill 20 minutes before cooking. 5 minutes is enough. Will save lots of gas. It was 600 degrees in 5 minutes. It looks like 4 burners, but really it is 2 cook surfaces, the normal one and the broiler section. You can, however, turn down the heat and use all 4. The unusual factor here is the smaller box -you have less volume to heat, so heating is even in the box. It was amazing how evenly the food was cooked, and how easy it was to get the initial sear. And, their customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with the gas regulator, so I called. Reached a person in just a few steps. They were knowledgeable, and sent me a procedure by email instantly. It worked. ... show more

We have only used it once but this seems to be a very nice grill for the price. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the assembly directions. I'd give the directions itself 1 star. Nothing was marked so it was a guessing game and I'm too old for guessing games. After a couple wrong turns, it took 2 of us about an hour to put together.
