This has got to be the biggest waste of $150 I've ever spent! First of all, the instructions are horrible. There was not a single straight piece of wood on this thing, warped beyond belief, doors don't line up, gaps everywhere. Ended screwing down the bottom "removable" tray to help square it up. The roof is made of super thin plywood with some weird rubber shingle type material and came cracked down the middle. Just a bad experience from start to finish. The latches dont line up well at all due the gaps in the frame and are not close to decent quality. The only positive was the ample amount of extra screws, you need them to help solidify the structure so it is usable. Absolutely way too expensive for atrocious quality of this thing. I would've been better off spending the amount of this to build one myself. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was apprehensive about buying this because of some of the reviews, but fortunately mine arrived well packed, and perfectly together. You do need someone to help you put it together though, and I will say that my rabbit is used to having the climb upstairs was a little confused about the Rams and still is even though he has rams and his other one, but hopefully he’ll learn to get over that. I wish there were more places like maybe if they included hooks or something that could go in the woods so I could hang more two things from it for his entertainment ... show more

I think you could find something better on Temu. Almost every, unlabeled, panel was damaged and it is extremely flimsy once built . Very poor workmanship and all damage is visible. Hard to return as it’s over 50 pounds and my bunny is coming tomorrow. Overall, absolute junk.

The media could not be loaded. Was ok to put together but putting on every latch was tedious and I had to try several times to get them lined up correctly. The bottom tray liner on one side is not attached and unsafe for my rabbit. This was very expensive and bought it because it looked well made, but I am disappointed that I can’t use the bottom tray for safety concerns for my pet and myself. ... show more
