I got the same full rocking motion that I got on my chair at work. Be sure to read the instructions because initially I didn't think the rocking feature worked or did so minimally. I made a slight adjustment and it was effortless and exactly what I needed to relieve the pressure on my lower back. I can now sit in this chair for hours. Purchased this to replace the banged up chair that was left in my classroom. I have lower back issues and figured this would help alleviate that when needing to run small groups, conferences, etc. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I was almost done putting the chair together that the seat has a rip. It’s not huge but definitely annoying after I already lugged it all the way to work to build. It’ll be too much of a hassle to return/send for a replacement so I’ll just try my best to use a sewing kit. The assembly was pretty straight forward and didn’t take too much time at all. Hoping this chair lasts a while! Great customer service! I received a message from the seller regarding my post and they offered up ways to remedy the situation. So far, the chair is holding up well. It is comfortable. My back feels supported.

So glad I have this, and got it at such a great price! It fits easy under a desk that's a bit small, so I wasn't sure, but it worked & the strength of the memory foam feels quite durable. The space it hard to get out of so flexible arms makes it perfect! My kid said the Assembly was easy, but had to finagle things a bit, bcz 1 screws threads were off & didn't quite attach as it should've. But I love the look & the comfort.

I had gotten this chair to replace the one I had and man is it nice. Only issue I have with it is that the arm rests are attached to the back piece and I do not really like that. When you lean back, so do the arm rests and it just isn't something in a desk chair that I typically would want.

The chair is comfy and great for the price honestly hit all the criteria points we needed. Had one issue with the lower back lumbar support having a screw that fell out during packaging that i could not reach to put back in. Contacted the seller and within days they shipped a complete replacement chair over even though i only needed the back piece. Quick communication i'd highly recommend it.

The package arrived in a good condition with all parts packed very well. The instructions to assembling the chair is pretty straightforward and was able to do it myself, but would’ve been easier with another person holding certain parts. My only complaint and the reason for taking off a star is the uneven cushion/padding on the seat. It doesn’t affect the comfort of the chair, but still bothers me to know it’s there. Otherwise I recommend this chair!
