The great: My 11 yr old loves scooters. This is his first Mongoose and loves it so far. The bad: scooter handlebars were scoffed when we opened the box. We understand as parents that it is going to get beat up while he is riding it and that's why we are not going to send back but it's disappointing to get something brand new already messed up. Hoping they learn to package better in the future ... show more
