Pros: The box that came in was very sturdy. Assembling the feeder out of the box was very easy to do. After the feeder was connected to the app, it was easy for me to set up a meal schedule for my cats. Food has not gotten stuck since having it It is very easy to adjust the feeding schedule to the needs of my cats. The app will alert me if there are low food, or portions that have gotten stuck. This feeder has back up battery power. We had a storm once then knocked out the power for a couple of hours, but my cats were still able to eat on time. Thanks to the batteries. Cons: connecting to the app was a pain. It took about half an hour for me to get it to connect to the app. The app would get about halfway through the connection process and that would give me an error code. After I got the feeder finally connected to the app, I then saw that it needed a firmware update. The update took a while to happen, but once it updated, I have had no issues since. It was difficult to figure out what one portion size meant because it was not listed in the manual. After some internet browsing, I figured out that 1 portion=10grams. I was able to Google the math conversions from what I normally feed my cats in cups to grams and was able to set up a feeding portion size based on that information. Overall: I would overall recommend this product. Once you get past the initial connecting to the app, this product is super easy to use. I am someone that is constantly running around errands on my days off and I am usually gone from early in the morning till late at night so this is perfect to have.

Purchased this November 14 2024 - was pretty happy with it never failed to feed the cats ; portions were equal 98% of the time, but after daylight savings i was unable to update the time so i decided to disconnect the feeder from the app tried to reconnect it again and it won’t connect to the app anymore. Without the app you cannot set up auto feeding times…. Had this feeder for about a year … will be searching one a different one that doesn’t completely depend on the app leaving users handicapped when unable to connect.

Amazing product and takes away the stress of feeding my 2 cats when i have to work 10+ hours. I can feed them on a routine schedule set in the app and can adjust servings as needed. I probably should have paid more for the version that i think has a camera on it too but overall its great and it also had a rechargeable battery as well as wifi connectivity. The instructions could be a little bit more clear though and it doesn't take up much space. So the size is actually not too large. Pretty sturdy and my cats haven't knocked it down before. Noise level is also not bad. The typical machine sound you expect from a feeder but it doesn't wake me up even though i have one of the schedule's set for 3am. Your cats will start to learn the timing though 😂.

Works great. App is easy to use. The cats had a hard time with the black bowls for some reason. I set their regular bowls in there for a couple of weeks till they got used to it. Removed them and they seem good with it. Kind of hard to take bowls off to clean. I would rather see a stainless steel bowl. But for over all use it definitely keeps the cats happy and fed.

Design of the feeding bowls poor. They insert with friction from the bottom up so when you pick up the unit to clean it or change the batteries, the bowls fall off and the cat food scatters all over the room, under the bed and dresser, and into the water fountain. Terrible mess to sweep up and empty out the fountain of the wet food.

This is our second one as our dog finally got it good enough. The material is amazing super strong the design is perfect. I love the app it’s very user friendly and after a couple days enjoy feeding time bc I love hearing go off as my cats bolt to it.
