The good: half the price of the comparable orbit unit, Intuitive setup and better programing functionality. The latter includes: hr and half day programming schedules, separating hr and mins during setup and it includes a programmable rain delay feature. The increased timing resolutions means you could for example have a mister come on every hr. The bad: two modest design quibbles. The connector to the hose bib is made of plastic rather than metal, so long term unit wear is a concern if you have to remove the it frequently from the bib. In addition, the battery compartment is accessed with a removable cover that requires the unit be disconnected from the hose bib rather than a battery cartridge that can be removed while leaving the unit in place. ... show more

    • Seems well constructed and vary adaptable
I ordered 2 timers, one worked perfectly, the other would not allow me to set the time or turn it off. It was like it was stuck in auto mode. I returned it and the replacement will be here tomorrow. The one I kept is installed and is working perfectly.

Not a reliable product. I bought 2-Outlet Digital Tap Timer and it started leaking regardless of being on Auto or OFF.

    • Was great WHILE IT WORKED
UPDATED 2/1/2023: Adjusting my rating due to steller customer service. A representative reached out to me to help resolve the problems I was seeing with my product. Knowing this company stands behind their products gives me new confidence in purchasing more of their items in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased in April 2023 and it worked great until about Augustish when the screens started being hard to read (like it gotten wet in some places). The time also started lagging but I figured it was the battery. Switched that out and it seems okay but after a few weeks, the clock lagged again. I switched it out and even with new batteries,the clock lags AND it leaks. It's like the thing is t even leaking from the spigets, is just leaks around and out the back. As mentioned previously, this was a good purchase at the time and a good item to have but one I wouldn't make again with the same company. ... show more

I love these. Great customer sevice too. I don't have a single complaint. But, for low water pressure and multiple sprinklers, simpler way to program the whole set to run at their own separate time slots would be nice.

Zone A for a hanging plant I never have to water again Zone B for a birdbath so it stays full in the hot Alabama summers.

    • Display stopped working after a month of use.
Seller offered to replace it if I shipped the defective one to him first on my dime. However, I am already out money from a defective product. Then I am expected to spend more money to send it to them and wait for a replacement after they receive it. Meanwhile I wouldn't have the timer needed to water the seeds I planted. I'll just eat the cost of the first product, warn others, and spend future money on a different one. ... show more
