I had it assembled through Amazon which was done pretty quickly compared to if I had to put it together myself. It’s very sturdy and great quality and color. It’s a great size for my family and guest to eat together and I love how it opens up to the kitchen and living room area. It’s great value for the price. I wanted to love this set. It looked perfect for my space, and at first, it really was. But within just a few weeks, I was sent the wrong piece, one of the stools tore, a seat back split, the table chipped, and then a button popped off, leaving a sharp screw exposed. Now I have to keep a blanket over that spot just so no one gets scratched while sitting. To be fair, the seller was very responsive. They sent a replacement piece and offered a partial refund, which I accepted. But unfortunately, the issues have just continued. I’m honestly shocked that most of the other reviews are so glowing — maybe I got a bad set? I don’t know. I almost never leave 1-star reviews. It really takes a lot for me to do that to a seller, especially one who was trying to help. But I have to be honest — this has been inconvenient, disappointing, and frustrating. Even at the adjusted price, the quality just isn’t there. I wouldn’t buy this again. I hope this review helps someone else avoid the same frustration. Honestly was so excited for this. But very disappointed in the quality once we put it together. The table I actually gave away there’s no way anyone is gonna eat on it. Very lightweight and flimsy I’m just keeping my current table and gonna refinish it over the weekend as for the benches it’s just not made smart. It’s cheap. But it will work for now. You can’t change the corner so unfortunately the left side is your short side. It would have been a lot smarter to have two of the equal size benches and have a corner piece that you could change either side to make it fit your space. Also the pieces don’t line up. So I have bolts and no home for them. It is what it is. I was hopeful and just disappointed. It wasn’t worth returning because the shipping rate was $100 honestly I would pay $100 top for a bench they are decent quality just not impressive. Definitely wish I would have read more reviews. Had trouble screwing in one of the screws under the longer seat. Annoying but not a deal breaker. Lots of packing foam to get rid of.
