How is it possible that you purchase a new product and they send you something already used, with even the old stickers from its previous shipment? They didn't even take the time to ensure that all the hardware was included. It's very unfortunate. But unfortunately, they disappointed me. This is a very cute chair. It is definitely smaller than I thought. Even with looking at the measurements and pictures, when I put it together it was definitely smaller than I imagined. BUT it is still a really cute chair and it highlights my living space really well. I get a mixture of compliments. Like “how cute” or “wow so tiny but affordable” so I’m pleased. And as far as installing it, it was pretty easy. I did it alone but I would recommend having a second set of hands to hold the base up while you screw in the screws.
