Only downside is that we have one with a crooked backrest due to the misplacement of the pre drilled holes from the manufacturer. These were very easy to put together if the holes line up the way they should. My husband had to fix a stripped bolt so that we could attach the back portion of the chair. It does not come with any extra hardware. As far as comfort, if you have longer legs and a larger backside this is not the chair for you.
