I use this oil in old ATV 4 stroke engines that have the transmission built into the engine with automatic clutches. This oil will not make your clutch slip like newer synthetic oil will. So far it has done a wonderful job and i have no complaints.

I purchased a used atv last summer (02 zuki 400) and i went broke in the process so could not afford change the oil right away. i took a few gentle rides on it and over that period i noticed lots of extra noise coming from the engine. the guy i got it from said it was ran on amsoil since he bought it in '05 so i figured it was the sound of "normal wear" since it was a used 2002 atv. A month later i ordered this oil and a filter from amazon. that is the day i learned it is better to have cheap oil and change it frequently than to put expensive oil in and let it go for 2 years. this thing acts like a newborn atv again quiet as can be (case noise) and even seems to have more power, im not sure if that is due to the clutch additivess or less internal engine friction or (most likey)> a combo of the 2 but i like this oil and currently own 2 cases of it. i change my oil bi-monthly and will continue to do so with valvoline atv oil. ... show more

Using this oil on my Apollo Z20 Max, Pentora 200EFI ATV and my daughter's 125cc ATV. Love the price and performance. Can even get a little bit more ride time out of it before needing to do the next oil change. Typically go every 10-15 hours of hard ride time. Great product and FAST delivery.
