This is a great flosser for its price point, this the 2nd one I have bought for my family. It has a powerful motor and the various speeds work well, especially the soft speed, when my gums feel tender. Its kind of big to pack for traveling, but fits in small vanity I have. the battery last fairly long. iI charge it maybe once every 3 weeks.

We had a battery operated one but found it was expensive to keep up with batteries. Have limited space on counter so couldn’t use one with tank. Like this with several modes to use, charges quickly, easy to use.

I had to replace my old water pick because I couldn’t find the charger. I wanted an upgrade from my previous one and this sure was an upgrade. Multiple speeds and tip attachments depending on what you need. This is worth the expense to help maintain a healthy oral hygiene I between dental visits.

It's better than my old Waterpik. Has more settings, more pressure available if you want it. I use it on the Normal setting, but a Soft setting is also available as is a Pulse setting. A welcomed larger water reservoir is very useful. Battery life is good. The only unknown is will it be as durable as my old Waterpik that lasted many years. We will have to see.

I have ordered many products via Amazon but never prepared a review for any of them since most were just fine and, when not, I had good experiences with returns or customer service. But that was not the case for the Mocel Dental Water Flosser. I ordered this flosser in April to take on a trip in May. After using it for three weeks in May it just stopped working and would not charge up. I wrote to customer service explaining the situation and asked for a refund. "Jacob" replied asking for proof of purchase and a video. I sent the proof of purchase and explained there was nothing a video would show, as there was no movement that could be seen since the flosser was not working. After a week without a reply I inquired again and Jacob replied that Mocel was taking no action since I did not submit a video. So I then took a video showing that when I clicked the on-off button nothing was happening. Jacob wrote back saying that the flosser needed to be charged even though I told him in my first inquiry that the flosser would not take a charge. I replied saying again that I tried to charge the flosser without success, using several different charging cords and bases that worked ok for other devices. I never heard back from Mocel and have given up at this point. By the way this product is advertised as having a warranty, but apparently this doesn't mean anything. So beware.
