This is a portable, cordless waterpik tooth cleaner. Waterpiks™ have been around since the 70s so I won't explain it. This unit has a larger water reservoir than previous models, closer to the amount for a good cleaning so that's a big plus. Charges with a USB cable (but a wall plug adapter is NOT included) and the charge so far has lasted over two weeks with daily use. It comes with multiple adapter cleaning heads, but you'll probably only use the regular one. It will make a mess at the sink so I would advise using it in the shower, which it's designed to do. I feel it holds just enough water for a good clean. It is easy to clean and the battery lasts a long time. I've been using this for a few weeks now and it is working well. The water reservoir has a large capacity and is easy to refill with a cover that pops opened on it. The battery life is good. It came with a variety of tips . It has easily adjustable strength and it remembers the last setting.

I had never heard of the brand but it's much better than a Water Pic. The water chamber holds more water and it's more powerful to remove plaque. It has less powerful settings if you are only interested in cleaning between your teeth. I end up filling it by not removing the water chamber, through the hole because it's the one characteristic that could stand improvement though it was without a doubt not a dealbreaker. It's exactly hard, but sometimes I just can't line it up right to remove the chamber with ease every time. ... show more

My dentist recommended that I use a water pic for my new implants. I ordered this small unit and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s small enough to make it easy to pack. I just took it apart and stuck each part in my suitcase. It doesn’t take up much room on the bathroom counter if you want to leave it sitting out. I got the pink one. Comes with several nozzle's. This is a much nicer option for me than the ugly large one that just collects yucky stuff sitting out on the counter. The tank doesn’t hold quite enough to do my whole mouth, but it’s easy to refill, if needed. The only con for me is I accidentally switch it to another speed because the buttons are where your hand grasps the unit when using it. Would definitely buy again. It’s a nice one. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was absolutely obsessed with the water flosser but I only got about 9 months of use out of it before the water tank broke. The worst possible type of leak. Although it was nice to have so many different settings and picks, I mainly only used the normal and strong setting with the normal pick, and don't think all the other ones are necessary. Outside of the water tank breaking, the other biggest downfall was the charging hole. The charger it comes with is so short, it's impractical, and I just got lucky that I already had a charger that not only fit the charging hole but also matched the flosser perfectly! All my other chargers with the same port would not fit. This was my first water flosser, but I'm guessing it's supposed to last a while longer since there was a one year warranty. When I emailed in regard to filing a claim, instead of getting me going with the process they sent me their warranty process so I had to email them back asking again to file a claim. Unfortunately I was so busy, that I got around to this a few days after the warranty expired, so I didn't even bother responding back, but decided to write this review instead. With that said, ideally I'd like to buy a better quality one but the price on this one was cheap enough to where it wouldn't hurt just buying one every 9 months anyway. ... show more
