Fantastic. Doesn't hurt but does the job. Really gets to areas that you can't get to by flossing. If you have receding gums, this is for you. Our dentist gave us a coupon for the exact same product and Amazon beat that price by far. More importantly, my husband's gums have improved quite a bit.     • Great Customer Service & Tips on Reconnecting the Flosser

TLDR: If somehow the flosser doesn't respond to the toothbrush's signals and the radio and toothbrush resets don’t work, drain the toothbrush's battery completely by setting it idle for a week or so and reconnect the set to power. Make sure you place the toothbrush in the base before reconnecting the set to power. Waterpik offers great customer service and the device works great and does what it's supposed to do most of the time. ----------------------------------------- I bought one 2.5 years ago, and after less than 2 months of using it, the flosser stopped responding to the toothbrush's command. I don't know how it happened but I knew it was a housekeeper who unplugged the device as he had to clean the counter. After a few days of testing the flossing function and trying the troubleshooting techniques without success, I gave up and contacted Waterpik's customer service. They asked for anything, you know, that would allow them to honor the warranty. The process was a bit annoying (just a bit, and is absolutely nothing compared to arguing with insurance about coverage) but Waterpik in the end sent me another set for free which I'm still using today. Being the environmentally conscious and lazy person I am, I kept the first set because it'd be a chore to dispose of it properly, so I just put it into the original packaging and stored it in the vanity cabinet. Last year, I had to move to another state and while I was packing stuff up, I saw the set and decided to give it another try before completely throwing it away. And it xxxxing worked!!!!!! Now that I commute in between cities, I've placed one at the residence close to my workplace!!! Also I've been periodontitis free for the past 2 years! Thanks Waterpik!! ... show more

    • Fantastic item, but don't buy knock-off replacement brushes!

Love this product-- per my hygienist and dentist, it has improved my gums and almost completely eliminated plaque build-up. It makes brushing so much easier, too. One caveat: DO NOT buy cheap replacement brushes to use with this. I tried an off-brand replacement brush as they were cheaper, but the brush became permanently locked/fused to the brush arm. I tried many customer service and YouTube suggestion-fixess with no change, so I'm now buying a new device. My previous Sonic brush-flosser last 2+ years, so I can't be too disappointed. Only Sonic-Fusion brush heads for me from now on! ... show more

I love my electric toothbrush, but after one year of use, the water flosser suddenly stopped working this morning. I expected it would last longer. I'm sad to see it go, but not certain I'd make the same purchase. Recommendations?

I got suckered into a waterpick/brush combo that was reviewed at the top of the review site I visited. It still cost $99 at amazon where the water pik costs almost twice that. The unit I bought seemed kind of cheap when I first got it , but it worked great, for about four months, then it quit altogether. The company that made this item, a .com, was no longer doing business with Amazon. I was pretty much screwed as to any support for it. I ended up throwing it away. I bought a new water pik and I am not disappointed. My last one lasted six years and all it needed was a new hose. Instead of buying a new hose, I bought this other unit and made a costly mistake. The water pump on the water pik is kind of loud but it is way easier to regulate the flow with the dial than the other one with the buttons on the brush. Buy something that will last. ... show more

    • Convenient All In One Brushing And Flossing

I picked up the Waterpik Sonic Fusion 2.0 because I wanted to simplify my bathroom counter and it has done exactly that. Having a full electric toothbrush and water flosser in one unit makes my routine a lot easier. The brush itself feels similar to a good sonic toothbrush, with strong vibrations and different modes so I can pick what feels best. When I press the button to add the water flossing, I can feel it flushing around and between my teeth in a way that regular brushing never did. The water pressure is adjustable, which helps a lot if you have sensitive gums. I started on the lower settings and worked my way up as I got used to it. The reservoir holds enough water for a good cleaning and the handle is not too bulky even with the hose attached. It is a little louder than a basic electric toothbrush and there is a small learning curve to avoid splashing at first, but after a few uses it becomes second nature. If you like the idea of combining brushing and flossing in one step and want something more powerful than string floss, this combo unit is a very solid choice. ... show more

I am one of those who have never been able to start, let alone keep flossing. I have had many dental problems (gum disease) because of it. I did have a standard Waterpik for a while, as well as an electronic toothbrush. My dentist suggested getting a brush with a timer on it to encourage longer brushing, so when looking to replace mine I came across this. It seemed like a great idea to combine the brush and flosser. The water reservoir holds just enough water to get me through the whole timed brushing cycles, the brush stops vibrating when it’s time to brush a different section of teeth. I can get a bit messy having the flossed squirt my teeth while brushing with toothpaste, but no big deal. It is worth it as my oral health has greatly improved-My gums no longer bleed at all when getting a cleaning at the dentist, and the dentist has commented how much better my teeth and gums are. Another item I wish I could have found earlier in life, and will never be without. ... show more
