I am a new customer to ScootNGo. I recently bought the ScootNGo Lite scooter for a family 2-week land and cruise trip to Greece and Italy. What I was looking for in a scooter was: 1. Lightweight so it could easily be lifted into vehicles; 2. One that folds without disassembly to get it into a vehicle and store out of the way; 3. Battery approved for airline transportation; 4. Enough battery power to last for several hours, could do inclines and handle different terrains; 5. Reasonable speed 3-4 mph; 6. A scooter that is comfortable for my 6’ 3”, 200 lbs body; 7. Price point that didn’t break the bank. I looked at several scooters on Amazon. I even stopped a couple of people and asked them about their scooter. I choose your ScootNGo because it met most of my list and was affordable. After using it for two weeks on our trip, I must say it did great. There was no problem taking it on the airline. We did need to remove the batteries to carry them with us on the plane. The speed is good and easily outpace my walking family. The scooter had plenty of power to go up ramps and go over most transition thresholds. The ride on the cobblestone streets and walkways was bumpy but the scooter and seat cushion took them in stride. During the day of tours, it usually only needed one of the two batteries. We got very positive comments from the tour drivers about how easy the scooter was to fold and store. At the end of our trip, my daughter said the scooter was a great investment and helped me really enjoy the trip. The scooter really did make my vacation much more enjoyable. I could not have done what I did using my walker.

Got this scooter in under a week super quick! It’s the perfect size, really comfy, and super easy to ride. It’s light enough that folding it up and tossing it in the car is no big deal. We wanted something with all these features, and this totally delivers. The silver color looks awesome too! I’d totally recommend this to anyone shopping for a great scooter.

I want to start my review by saying that although we had to end up returning the scooter to the merchant, I am giving it and them a far star review in every process of this purchase and return. The reason the scooter was returned was because my husband at 6’2 had very long legs and could not get up or fit into the scooter and there was a major risk in getting off and out of it and falling. Having said that, the product is exactly what it is advertised. It’s foldable, light, easy to assemble and disassemble and carry into a trunk. We never had the chance to charge the batteries because we never got to that stage since we first only tried him sitting in it before proceeding. My husband weighs 190 and weight wasn’t the issue. But his long legs and his mobility issues caused by his illness did. No one needed this scooter to work for us more than I did because I was the one that would be opening and closing it when we traveled. So I was as disappointed as anyone that it didn’t happen for us. The merchant stayed through the entire process of return with me and this morning, our refund is being processed. I encourage anyone who has mobility issues or requires scooters to walk long distances to really consider purchasing this one. I am 5’6 and weigh 132 and was able to fit comfortably but fortunately I don’t have mobility issues and it wasn’t purchased for me. Thank you ScootNGo for understanding our circumstances and helping us with the return process.

I’ve only owned one scooter prior to this one and this one if far superior in every aspect. The batteries are extremely light and you get two of them as well. One as a built in backup is great for peace of mind. It’s extremely compact, so it makes for easy turning. Really gets up and goes as it has a maximum speed of 5 mph. When folded, it’s small enough to fit into the trunk of a small car. Overall, I plan on using this type of scooter for the rest of my life. It’s perfect in every aspect.

Fabulous. It”s everything the videos and ads say it is. We pulled it from the box, unfolded it, attached the seat cushion and extra storage bag and it was ready to go. SO EASY TO USE! Its narrow body allows my husband to easily navigate hallways in our home, and the extra battery is perfect as a backup. Smooth ride, easy to steer. The headlight is so bright! It’s just perfect. It would be nice if the batteries had a recessed handle on the top, as they are hard to release. I’d suggest using your foot for pushing the battery up and out of its slot. Handles would definitely make them easier to remove, manage and carry. The food/unfold is a dream, so easy to do, even for an old lady like me. The fold up armrests are great, you don’t have to wrangle yourself around them to get in the chair. And, the scooter is ready to travel - we’re ready for a flight to Hawaii!

This is a really great scooter! The battery lasts forever and I love that there’s 2 batteries that come with it and that the extra battery stores in the scooter. When we spent the day at Dollywood we were able to swap batteries quickly and easily. The first one took a day and a half at the park to die. It also folds up so compact so it’s easy to fit in my vehicle. We’re very happy we found this!

I have a friend that purchased one so I got to try it first and decided to get the same kind. This is by far the most convenient and easy-to-use mobility scooter I've ever had. I chose this one because I can handle it myself. It folds up easily, and no trouble at all to load it into the car. I can put and take it out on my own without any help. Whether I'm going shopping, running errands, or even heading to the airport, it makes everything so much easier. I can even bring it on the plane.
