For a small, lightweight scooter this is a great choice. The battery life is decent and the charging options are great. It's not an everyday scooter but It was great at Disney parks (lasted all day), a cruise ship (fit in the cabin), and the airport. I was able to gate check it (take the batteries out first) on one flight and put it in the cabin closet on another. (On one trip it got a bit banged up and it now creaks a bit so try to get it stored in the plane cabin). It has a nice tight turning radius and it folds up nicely. It might work better for a shorter person (I'm 5ft tall) but it was comfortable for taller family members to try it out. The batteries lasted all day at the parks and changing them out was easy). It doesn't go very fast but fast enough. (I can't see any reason to go more than 15 mph anyway.) I think this is a great choice for a travel scooter.

Super product. Super company. Easy to use, store, fold and unfold. Drop off scooter at jetway, get it back on jetway. Got from BWI Gate A-14 to Gate C-13, just about the full lenth of the airport, in just over 5 minutes, something I could never do walking, at my age. Comfortable. Easy to maneuver. Good battery power, and a spare charged battery is at the ready, should it be needed. There was a price cut about a month after I bought it, and the company helped me navigate the refund flawlessly and seamlessly. Weighs just 39 pounds, without the batteries. Could not more highly recommend the product and the company.

Love the portability and weight of the scooter. Seat is not the most comfortable but can add pillow. Wish it had a basket in front. Turning radius is not the best. That would be my biggest issue. Is narrower than my other scooter so is good in a store setting except for the turning radius. Seems to have adequate battery life.

Does the job. I have a chronic health condition and typically rent scooters for conferences and trips. I recently got done with two major trips and here is my personal review of the scootngo lite. The Pros It is very easy to fold and did well on the airplane! It is very compact. It’s speedy - the 5 mph is good. The back seat support is curved really nicely and hugs my back well. The Cons It is very small - the seat feels lower than a typical scooter and my legs feel very cramped. I often found myself just spreading my feet out past the end of the scooter - but that’s not feasible most of the time. FYI I’m 5’5”. I wouldn’t get this scooter if I were any taller than that. That said, I got used to its size and since I just need it to get from point A to point B it did the job. I wouldn’t want to use it for everyday use. The turning radius is really poor. (Bad maneuverability). That said I’m used to 3 wheel scooters so it could just be the difference between 3 and 4 wheels. The arm rests are pretty small and far back so I want able to use them much. The So-so The batteries are a little hard to get out if you have strength issues (they stick on with strong Velcro) I’m worried about the longevity of the seat back - it’s REALLY thin plastic and I can foresee it snapping in the future… crossing fingers it stays strong. I don’t feel comfortable putting a backpack on the back of the seat like I do with standard scooters - I don’t think it could take the weight. So instead I put my backpack under my legs on the main bed of the scooter. It made for even more cramped space but again it got the job done. The under basket is a little hard to access but it is a great little basket. I bought a battery bag that happens to fit Perfectly - so I could store batteries in it when im not using it and stored the chargers and other personal items in it when I was roaming around. https://a.co/d/cglMaFh this bag was also great for the airport. 39 lbs is a heavier than I expected. (scooter minus the battery). I don’t think I could lift it myself but luckily I had assistance everywhere I went. So all and all I would buy it again for my use which is a few times a month - but I wouldn’t buy it if I was any taller or needed it regularly.

This scooter is the lightest foldable scooter I could find and it does not disappoint! I’m 76 and do not have strong arms but I can get it in and out of my car. Easier to put behind the passenger seat, only have to lift it about a foot. Price was fair considering its foldable and lite weight. Cheaper ones are on the market but they’re VERY HEAVY! I took it to a casino (stayed 2 days) and it worked great! Ran on one battery for 2 days use. I love that it’s compact and easily goes in and out of elevators. Travels best on solid floor surfaces. Im 5’7” and suits me fine! Customer service is excellent! Answered my questions quickly and sent me the Velcro strap that was missing from my shipment. Excelllent follow up!

I want to start my review by saying that although we had to end up returning the scooter to the merchant, I am giving it and them a far star review in every process of this purchase and return. The reason the scooter was returned was because my husband at 6’2 had very long legs and could not get up or fit into the scooter and there was a major risk in getting off and out of it and falling. Having said that, the product is exactly what it is advertised. It’s foldable, light, easy to assemble and disassemble and carry into a trunk. We never had the chance to charge the batteries because we never got to that stage since we first only tried him sitting in it before proceeding. My husband weighs 190 and weight wasn’t the issue. But his long legs and his mobility issues caused by his illness did. No one needed this scooter to work for us more than I did because I was the one that would be opening and closing it when we traveled. So I was as disappointed as anyone that it didn’t happen for us. The merchant stayed through the entire process of return with me and this morning, our refund is being processed. I encourage anyone who has mobility issues or requires scooters to walk long distances to really consider purchasing this one. I am 5’6 and weigh 132 and was able to fit comfortably but fortunately I don’t have mobility issues and it wasn’t purchased for me. Thank you ScootNGo for understanding our circumstances and helping us with the return process.
