At the time of purchase, I saw that it had no reviews so I was extremely hesitant to take the gamble and buy it. Nonetheless, I took the gamble. I payed a total of 48 dollars for next-day shipping, now thats a deal!! At around 2:30PM it came at my front door and I opened it to test it out. I plugged my guitar in and tried the clean tone setting first. I will say, I was surprised. The clean channel was smooth and twinkly which I demonstrated in the video linked. The clean channel was a perfect fit for my style of playing and personally I really really liked it. The overdrive was an even bigger surprise. A heavy and gritty overdrive that doesn't sound muddy or harsh whatsoever. It’s the perfect overdrive for rock and punk music!! There is SOME static coming from the amp but it’s not a lot so personally it doesn't bother me. The control knobs are great, smooth and simple. You can get some pretty amazing tones from this! Im not an AMP expert or anything so I do apologize if the review didn’t cover a lot of ground but I will say, this little thing is amazing for practice and just jamming out!!

I am giving this 4 stars but there needs to be context around it considering what it is. My son plays bass and guitar and has a bunch of different amp, cabinet and combo setups including several practice amps from smaller fender to the Katana mini amp which this is close to in size (although this is a bit smaller). We tried this with his guitar first as we were scared that a bass might blow the speaker. On the clean channel, this is not bad at all for a small practice amp for someone needing to be careful about noise. Volume is actually ok but the sound is thin and does not travel far. Like most practice amps this size. There is one tone knob that has a little impact on sound but the speakers are so small that any adjustment is more subtle than anything. Adding overdrive is where this lacks. Yes, you get that dirty sound but we found it also adds a bit of static. We tried a few cables and different guitars butt he light statis was there. Not so bad that you couldn't practice with it but it is there. We went back to the clean channel and stayed there. The back has a few outputs including a headphone jack. We briefly tried that and that overdrive sounded better. There are also some audio and bluetooth options on this but we did not try them. While we did not run the battery down at all, I would assume using bluetooth would cut down on battery life. With that said, we started this up right out of the box to try and it went strong for an hour without dying. We did charge it after but I think this will last a long time, We did hook up a bass to it and the clean sounded ok. Enough to practice but you lose the subtle tone changes you make with a bigger amp or even the adjustments on your bass. You have to be careful with the gain adjustment on the amp as it adds way too much taking away the clean sound. For the price and size, this is a decent option for someone needing a tiny amp they can through in a backpack and take somewhere to practice. And compared to other options like the Katana (which is more than 2x the price), the sound and quality is good enough.

It looks cheap, feels cheap and sounds cheap, but decent for low-volume practicing. Doesn’t compare to anything like a positive grid spark go or anything of that level, but for the price it’s probably tough to beat.

This amp is okay for beginners and for players that might not have a big budget. The sound is good for the size. The amp runs on a battery, so it cuts down on cables. The battery lasts a few hours. The amp has a few built in effects, and the tone can be adjusted from dark to bright. The effects are okay for messing around. The amp is small and portable. The amp can work with bluetooth and connect to your phone or other compatible device. It can play a song that you like, and you can play along at the same time that the music is playing. It's a neat little feature. Some of the functions can be controlled with an app. The amp is durable enough to take a few bumps. Overall, this isn't something that's gonna change the world, but it is at a bargain price. It is great for beginners and people that just need a highly portable rig. I didn't have any issues with noise. I recommend this for kids or adults. It's easy to operate, and has a few nice features.
