This scooter arrived within a week. It is the right size, comfortable, easy to operate, well made and light enough to fold and get in and out of our car. It arrived on Thursday so haven't tested the battery life but took a two mile ride and had plenty of battery power left. We were looking for a scooter with all these features and it fulfills our wants. Love the color (red). Highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this Ultra Lightweight Mobility Scooter for my uncle, and we’re both so happy with it! He’s had a hard time getting around due to his weight and age, and this scooter has really brought back his independence. At first, he wasn’t sure it would be sturdy because it’s so compact—but once he picked it up, he was blown by how concrete yet light it is. He can lift it with one hand and easily load it into his truck. The fact that it’s airline-approved means he can finally visit his kids out of state, which is a big deal for him. It folds up super easily and doesn’t take up much space in his garage. The safety features are solid too—great brakes, anti-tip wheels, and overall very stable. He feels safe and confident using it, whether he's in the neighborhood or at the park. Performance-wise, it handles grassy and bumpy paths without any issues. Plus, customer service was really helpful and answered all my questions before I bought it. If you're thinking of getting a scooter for a loved one, I definitely recommend this one. It’s made a real difference for my uncle—and seeing him happy and active again makes it so worth it.

We sought a scooter that was light weight (this one is ~27 pounds, about half the weight of other scooters) that folded for ease of transport and allowed by airlines including the lithium Ion battery. We settled on the FreeWink because of its foldability and much lighter weight than other scooters. FreeWink is made of light weight stronger than other materials. It is quick to fold and unfold, accelerates well beyond what is needed and battery-life is very good. Systems are read at a glance even in bright sunlight. For its slim design, it is very stable and very mobile. I would and probably will buy another for my wife even though she can walk very well. FreeWink gives me independence I did not have before allowing me to visit zoos, restaurants and sporting events. Be sure to request a Safety Data Sheet when you buy if you are going to fly with your new scooter.

I was looking for a lightweight reliable sturdy mobility scooter that I can go to a supermarket, easily load into my car or take it on airplane. This one checks all the points. It is made of carbon fiber that stronger than aluminum but much lighter. Actually, it beats the closest competition I know of, in terms of weight by about 10 pounds. The seat is firm but comfortable. The control panel is simple but well laid out. The speed levers are easy to operate. It has enough room to keep my legs comfortable, I am 5'9". The battery seems to weigh about 2pounds, lighter than on my previous scooter. It takes a couple of seconds to fold or unfold and it can stand upright so it does take much space if you take it to a restaurant, or a cruise cabin. It is not cheap but if you need a well constructed sturdy mobility scooter you can travel with you should consider this one

This mobility scooter is excellent! Not only is it very lightweight, it is also so easy to travel with. Very little assembly required. It goes easily through all my doors and openings in my home. I feel secure on the scooter and the controls are easy to operate.
