Assembly was easy and quick. This scooter can really pick up some speed so caution your loved one to be careful. Also, there is no back up sound to warn people around the scooter (which I am very glad about because they drive me nuts) but it could be an issue if backing up in a crowded space. The scooter is heavy and takes 2 people to lift it into the back of our Subaru Outback. Would I buy the same scooter again from the same seller? Yes, I absolutely would! Goes fast when you need to. battery lasted about 8 hours driving around Disneyland. It's great for the price. Fits in the car perfectly, It's 85 lbs, I can't lift it but my husband can. Cons are it's does not make sharp turns so you have to a lot of 3 point turns if you get into a tight space and the seat isn't the most comfortable, but for the price you can't beat it ... show more

My husband has been recovering from a knee procedure and it will be a long haul. It’s depressing not being able to move around and go outside. This Scooter is AWESOME! We are so very pleased with it. We built it in about 15 minutes including taking it out of the box. It already came charged. 18 miles on the battery, before recharging it. My husband weighs 214 and is 5’10. He has long legs. Works well on inclines, gravel, cement, grass. The seat is uncomfortable and I am only 5’ tall and there is no leg room at all It hurts my knees just sitting on it. Made for a 4” person to be comfortable. It’s also very heavy. Makes wide turns
