Very disappointed. I used this cart twice and it kept shutting down. The battery was fully charged but every time I went over a threshold leading into a building the cart would shut off. Then it would take 1 to 2 minutes to get it running again. Very frustrating. When I tried to return it through Amazon I was referred elsewhere and nothing was ever done about it. ... show more

I would definitely recommend purchasing products from Amazon instead of third-party sellers. Amazon does not stand behind these products and this one in particular did not work properly from the start. The battery disconnects frequently and even when it does show power scooter does not move. I am disabled and need a scooter to get around. This one did not do that I would not recommend buying the scooter. ... show more

I bought this for my handicapped granddaughter for her 10th birthday. She has trouble getting in and out of typical battery operated riding toys and can't ride a bike due to her disabilities. Now she is able to "walk" up and down our road for the first time since she was in a stroller (years ago). She told me this is the greatest gift she ever got. She brings her music with her and rides around every afternoon after school. The company is outstanding. I made a mistake and ordered it without mirrors, thinking they came with it. I sent a message asking how to buy them and a few days later got a package in the mail with them in it!! I would encourage anyone to buy this. It's very affordable and seems to be holding up great.
