This unit is everything I was looking for. Lots of POWER , SPEED and is very stable. I just took it on a RV trip in the mountains and it preformed perfectly and could out run any mobility scooter there. The speed controller is a BIG added +. I could use it like a cruise control by setting it at what speed that I wanted and pull the throttle all the way back to maintain a smoothe cruise. I would set it at my dogs speed and off we would go until he pooped!!! Before I was Pooped. I live on a lake with a steep incline going to my dock. Before getting this scooter I would drive my golf cart down to the dock then walk out and back on the dock. That was a problem. NOW I can ride to the dock and out on the dock (48 in. wide) and turn around on the end where it"s wider and back. IT WORKS GREAT for ME.

Barely used so far...but seems to be sturdy rig...has very short turning radius so that could be improved...don't know longevity yet but am hopeful for a long life..

The scooter runs well and the controls are easily read. I appreciate the advise I receive from Andrea on how to operate the scooter when I don't fully understand what I need to do to in order to operate the equipment in safe manner. Andrea has contacted me and told me if I have any questions on operation that he is available to answer my questions. I think this procedure is great. I will recommend this product to anyone who asks me about this scooter.

Aside from the back shocks or springs, which are a little brittle and noisy on anything but very smooth surfaces, it's all that's advertised...Charges up to 20 odd miles, goes bout 10-12 mph with plenty of power, does well on rough terrain, even mud and snow and motors up an incline well..The brakes take some getting used to though..I had an issue with the batteries not charging up but I called the seller who immediately put me in touch with a technician and it turns out I was at fault so very good customer service...Has a good headlight, turn signals, caution flashers, etc...So far, I'm generally satisfied with the product....Buying this scooter gave me the freedom to get out and about which I was looking for.......

Does what they said it would. It replaced a scooter that was advertised that it would go on grass and climb 15 degree slope, but it would not. I weigh about 295lbs and am very happy with this scooter and would highly recommend it.
