We had a small issue with the scooter and the seller was extremely nice and very responsive to our emails and questions. The issue was resolved and we are very happy with the resolution. Assembly was easy and quick. This scooter can really pick up some speed so caution your loved one to be careful. Also, there is no back up sound to warn people around the scooter (which I am very glad about because they drive me nuts) but it could be an issue if backing up in a crowded space. The scooter is heavy and takes 2 people to lift it into the back of our Subaru Outback. Would I buy the same scooter again from the same seller? Yes, I absolutely would! This was a great purchase overall. The scooter seems to be of good quality, the seller was nice, shipping was prompt. There is no way we could have afforded a similar unit from any local medical supply stores. A close friend purchased the same scooter for her mother and is also extremely pleased. ... show more

Bought this for my father! The day it arrived, a friend assembled it and charged it up for him. Later on that day he was cruising around the building and had taken it to the beach! It fits in a standard elevator, turns easily, battery life is good…15 miles between charges! It was a good deal for the money, and is made of decent quality!! My dad likes it, that’s all that matters to me! He uses it daily! The only thing it lacks is a cup holder, so I ordered one for him for it!! ... show more

Bought this for my handicap mother. It was on the cheaper end so I was a bit skeptical, but it far exceeded my expectations. It is on the heavier side but the bars on the front and back make it easy to pick up. The battery has not died yet. The quality is great and I would recommend.
