These look amazing and for $30. I think they will be fine. Wanted to add more party lights for an upcoming grad party. The wires on these lights are not thick and heavy. Pretty thin. May not hold up in the hot sun. Overall I like them but not the greatest quality when it comes to the wiring

The media could not be loaded. We purchased the first set of these lights about 5 months ago and installed them under a covered patio area. We were so pleased with them that we bought another set 2 months ago for an outdoor wedding reception and strung them between structures across wide expanses of our yard temporarily. For the original set that still hangs on our patio, we haven't had a single light go out yet and they've been durable enough to endure a week-long hard freeze, several storms with wind gusts up to 45mph, and typical Louisiana humidity. 🥵 There's no condensation in the bulbs and they still look "good as new." The second set was durable enough to survive being strung across large expanses and endure 20mph sustained winds, and then taken down, rolled up and stored. The bulbs were sometimes dragged across the lawn and bumped together throughout the process and held up beautifully. I'm confident that we'll enjoy many uses of the new set and that the original set will last for a while. To me, the quality of these lights far exceeds the price we paid. They are bright enough to light up our patio comfortably at night and they were a beautiful decorative detail for the wedding reception. WORD OF WARNING: Be careful when you take them out of the box and make sure you give yourself about 30–45 minutes to carefully unroll them in a large open space — you'll need to pick a time when you have ample patience. They're not tangled in the box, but if you're not careful YOU will tangle them when you try to unroll them. They seem to be doubled over, then doubled again and again and then tied with twist ties — not wrapped in circles like you would with Christmas lights. Because the lights dangle from the line, they tend to wrap around the doubled up string and make it tricky to unroll. ... show more

Buy these lights! Tree trimmers knocked a strand down and none of the bulbs shattered when they hit the rocks below hanging from 9 ft! Beautiful warm color and really nice fire pit accent!

**editing review- company reached out to me and offered to send another set for no charge. I didn’t ask, I just left this review. Best customer service I’ve had on Amazon so far. I am happy with the new set and am using bulbs to change out the ones that burned up on the defective set. The string is very thin and I hesitate to put any tension on it. Two of the loops on the top of the bulbs broke during installation causing all of the lights to fall, twice. Had to reinforce the bulbs to be hung with zip ties. Two of the bulbs on the string did not work out of the box. 3 replacement bulbs were included but it would be nice if I could have kept those for future use. I wish I’d have unboxed these and hung them within the return period because I would have returned. They’re up for now so hopefully they will last a summer season. It is completely worth the extra money to get a better quality set and save yourself these headaches. ... show more
