This was a bit of an ordeal to finally get this hammock. The first delivery came in a box completely destroyed with holes in it, which I attribute totally to UPS and not the seller. All of the hardware had fallen out and was missing. Luckily I was able to return it and a replacement was sent right away. This box wasn’t in great shape either, but all parts were included. My husband put it together in a matter of minutes, so it has easy assembly. The directions are included. The cloth part that you lay in is so thick and durable-very well made! It is overall solid and comfortable. On the lowest level, my two little boys and I can lay in it and still sit a good 8 inches off the ground. I love it!!

What I don't like about this hammock is that it is too narrow at the ends so that you end up being wrapped up like a cocoon when you lay down in it. Rather than more of a flat hammock which is what I wanted. Also the frame seems to be weak and I would not trust it for two people even though it indicates that the hammock is Built for Two.

The product has no issues with it. It was easy to assemble and seems like it will last a long time. The issue is with the shipping. It took a while to deliver and the box/packaging was badly damaged. Luckily I did not find any damage to the product itself. but I was missing a screw knob to finish assembling it. I had to find myself a replacement to make it work.

I love a hammock. I had one very similar to this before, but it wore out eventually. I am used to this type of hammock, so I know that it is more of a cocoon type and I like it. I am not a small person, so I would not share this with someone else personally. But, for me it is great and it is so nice to keep a leg out and swing a bit. So relaxing!

This hammock took me about 30 minutes to assemble all by myself. If you twist the metal pieces in and make sure you have leverage it works. Thanks so much to the "TIGHT" reviewer for saying she needed to stretch the canvas material by sitting on it before she could rig it over the metal bar and onto the hook. My hammock was also too tight to rig without stretching so I rigged it onto one of the handlebar ends and bounced up and down for a minute or two. That's all it took. Then I could rig it properly. Yes, the hammock does cocoon you, but it also makes it harder to fall out of. I think I like it better than I would one of those flat hammocks that flips easily. I love the canvas material. It is worth saying that my hammock package also arrived worse for wear (as other reviewers said) barely taped together with all of the screws and parts no longer in their plastic bags at the bottom of the cardboard box. (Luckily all of the parts were still there, though!) Happy hammock assembling! A great summer addition.
