I definitely like the pans, but would like a smaller pan package. Like an 8 and 12" for my use. Two large pans is redundant. They are a bit on the heavy side so if you want a lite pan, these wouldn't be for you. Also didn't come with any instructions, I think that was an oversight. I wasn't sure if they needed seasoning or not...

These pans are absolutely amazing! Misen has hands down some of the best kitchen wares made with high quality materials. Nothing about these pots is bad, we've cooked several types of meals in these pots and I have to say that sauteing is surprisingly easy! Bacon jam comes out absolutely marvelous! I've also sauteed some smothered chicken with asparagus and cheese. They're very easy to clean as well. Do understand that while they are not for high heat, the heat is consistent across the pots and pans so you don't get a silly hotspot and your food cooks evenly and faster than most other pans and pots.

My first Misen product and I was not sure what to expect, when delivered I was so impressed with the durability of the pan. Washed it and then used it and was not disappointed in its performance. My range is induction and the Misen is heating evenly through so it cooks meals perfeclty. I have used is everyday at least twice a day. Cleaning is a breeze. I look forward to a long life out of this pan and to trying more of the Misen products. I have recommended the Misen non stick 12" pan to my family and friends.

Those Pots and Pans are very high quality, and they cook your food very evenly and fast. They also don't burn your food. The only downside is that they are a bit on the heavier side.

Nice quality, so far. We don’t use high heat and it works very well for eggs. Even cooking. Easy hand washing clean up. Comfortable handle. Not too heavy. We don’t use metal utensils and we use a silicone mat when stacking other pans, to protect it.

This thing quickly became my favorite pan, nothing sticks and it cooks extremely well. Eggs slide with ease, meat gets a perfect sear, everything just seems to cook better in this pan. I'm a huge fan and I'll be getting the other sizes soon.

The silicon handle is like a sponge in collecting water through the handle eyelet. Suggest that users pull it off after use before washing to preclude water buildup and bacterial breeding in the handle.
