  • I LOVE THIS PERGOLA!!!!! I LOVE THIS PERGOLA!!!!!
Size: 10'x12' Color: Charcoal
Size purchased was 10' x 12' kit for a 12'x12' concrete pad. We did this so there would be a few inches between an existing flowerbed on one side of the pad. Delivery was excellent. We received a phone call to say when they would be delivering it with our time window. The delivery service called us about 30 minutes before arriving. Very pleasant/professional 2 man team. Used lots of care in getting it off the truck onto our driveway. It comes all banded together on one pallet which weighed about 400lb. It is two long boxes. Very well packed. We opened the boxes and carried the pieces to our backyard. Laid them on a tarp for easy access. The squared posts are good sturdy weight, nice quality powder coated, slightly textured finish. The anchor bolted ends have a cover that slides over the hide the hardware which gives the pergola a professional finished look. The gauge of metal used is sturdy enough to not get easily dinged or scratched up; however, light enough that it can be a very doable DIY for the homeowner. The hardware box is very impressive - screws for all applications, allen wrenches (2 each size for two installers), anchor bolts, all hinges and braces all together. I will say, as other reviewers stated, do an inventory of all the pieces, bolts, cotter pins, screws before you start. It helped for a smooth assembly experience. The instructions were nicely printed and presented in a covered envelope. We did put all the different screws in jars and wrote the corresponding reference letter on the lids for easy ID as each section had it's own specific hardware and so we didn't drop, spill or lose any during the assembling. We did the install with 2 people. We read the instructions all the way thru before starting to put kit together. As per instructions, we did not bolt the poles to the concrete until all louvers were attached, and the pergola was complete. Cannot say enough about how that was the best advice. We check the poles were level and square in all 4 corners as best could - off by fractions on a couple of the corners - before installing the louvered slats. The slat installation helped with keeping the posts squared. It is an easy kit to put together, but it takes time and patience. Pay attention to what screws go in what part of the assembly! It all fits together very well. We never had to force anything or have to find workarounds. The only thing we did not use that came with the kit were the anchor bolts (8mm x 3"). Not because we didn't try them first. The drill bit is a hoss and the first hole drilled went all the way thru the concrete. The anchor bolt fell all the way thru and could not expand. We ended up buying 1/2" x 2 3/4 wedge anchors (16) and used an electric impact hammer instead of our cordless. The cordless just didn't have the heft to power thru the concrete. All said and done, it took one day to complete with 2 people. We are in Central Texas and have been experiencing some gully washers over 4th of July week. The built in gutter system in this pergola worked like a charm during the heavy showers & wind. The louvers did not leak, and the crank works smoothly with minimal effort to turn. As another reviewer mentioned, would have like metal clamps instead of plastic on the louver attachment but not bothered enough to take away 5 star rating because it is fabulous. In fact, that is the only part of this entire kit that is not metal. Texas heat is brutal on outdoor items. We'll keep an eye on the plastic parts and hope we can order those pieces separately from the manufacturer if need to replace in future. The clamps are not wimpy by any means, but Texas heat is a real tester of durability. Our dog photobombed the picture which means it has her approval because she never likes it when we point a camera in her direction, but she is loving that pergola shade. My wife stenciled the concrete and, if it every stops raining, will seal it with a marine clearcoat for durability. This is solution to not having to have an outdoor rug to decorate the concrete . We highly recommend for the price; it was a very good purchase. Highly recommend the vendor. Better quality than expected at this price point. It is a clean design that fits many design aesthetics. We ordered the charcoal colorway. it is a very soft charcoal color, and it blends into our landscaping without looking awkward. Everyone who has seen it, has remarked on what a nice pergola and this as we had just finish putting it up. Very affordable DIY options to cedar wood custom install at several thousand dollars more. We are very happy we ordered this product. ... show more

  • EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT PERGOLA !
Size: 10'x10' Color: Charcoal
I didn't luck out like my friend did by having the delivery people bring it an extra 75ft to around thee side of their garage. Oh well. They dropped it off in front of my garage. TWO BIG LONG BOXES on their own pallets. Each box weighs a lot! I rigged up and type of sled to drag it around the house to the back for assembly. Now for the assembly. directions were perfect, each part securely packed with no shipping damage. That in itself is remarkable. I've found over the years that a shipping company with an "X" in it, well...they seem to throw the packages around. So many reviews that I've read for so many products that were shipped by the X, seem damaged so badly that parts may be missing due to falling out of torn cardboard boxes. Anyway, this Pergola was delivered by third party shippers. Again, opening up the boxes and separating the parts was FUN. So much time and thought went into the design of the packaging itself. It was almost bullet proof. Very rigid custom pallets - PLUS parts all personally labelled correctly. Take your time putting it together, preview the booklet of instructions. If you know which end of a screwdriver to hold and where its “ON” button is (lol), you’ll do fine. Assembly when like a breeze, I did mine over a 2 day period. By myself, frame went up fairly easy (would be much easier with a helper) the 1st day in about an hour. Second day assembled the overhead louvers. That took the longest amount of time. Very well designed, Though I wish the clamps that hold down the louvers rotating axles were made of metal instead of plastic. Hope they are UV protected. This pergola is rock solid when done! I will open up the louvers when snow is predicted. During some of the heavy rains we get in the PNW, the water drained along the designed channels and then down the legs – as designed! I also raised the front two legs 1 ½” to aid in that drainage. All in all, it’s a great purchase for the dollar. The wife loves it, Happy Wife, Happy (well you know the rest of it) ;-) ... show more

  • Modern Louvered Pergola 10x10
Size: 10'x10' Color: Charcoal
This pergola was a great investment and addition to the new backyard! My brother was in need of something for his backyard and we started looking up pergolas. This specific item we came across and the size was perfect. It came within a few weeks with no damage to the box, which I was particularly worried about. Everything came as described and a full set of instructions to build together. Out of the box, we have every piece of equipment labeled. It was well organized and took three of us to build with four of us to hang up the pillars. Note, that this takes patience. We did it in the hot sun and had trouble on certain areas of attachment. It is imperative to screw everything straight and not have any loose ends. One part that is not straight will affect the other pieces attached to it. We had a really difficult time screwing in one particular hole. We found there to be some blue gunk/residue that was not coming off and impeding our way to tighten the screw. That is the reason for minus a star. We managed to finish the set up and overall enjoyed how it came out. It was very sturdy, great material, strong, and looked amazing. This pergola comes with louvers that are adjustable with a twist from the handle. It can open and close creating a shade or more light to the area. We really like it a lot and super happy with the purchase. ... show more

  • Would recommend Mirador 80S 10x20 - We put two side by side for 20 x 20 of cover Would recommend Mirador 80S 10x20 - We put two side by side for 20 x 20 of cover
Size: 10'x20' Color: Charcoal
We put up two of these Mirador 80S 10x20 pergolas, side by side (on long edge) about 3-1/2" apart. The middle section on the second pergola was a little awkward to reach to tighten hardware with them so close together, but doable with a little patience and determination. We are very pleased. We had it delivered in early November 2024, but didn't get it unboxed and assembled until the end of April 2025. We had 3 damaged louvers in one of the packages. Customer Service was quick to replace based on proof of purchase, and photos of damaged parts. Unfortunately, the three replacement louvers still had two damaged louvers, from what appeared to be something heavy sitting on the boxes in flight or shipping from California to Tennessee. Back to customer service and they shipped us two more louvers and this last set was good. Finished the project on May 19th 2025, after the replacement parts arrived. The drainage system is genius on these. Water collects in the gutters on louvers and side rails and runs down the inside of posts to drain. We've had some pretty good rains and it's handled it fine, not to mention the few winds we've already seen while awaiting the last parts. All good. Seems well made and looks expensive. We hope to use them for many years to come. We put up each 10x20 pergola in a day with 4 people. Once the one 20' side of frame was standing, one person could balance it while the other 3 raised the other side. We then used clamps on the top corners to secure in place with the top end cross pieces until we could connect the hardware. That worked great. I would definitely recommend to others. We used the same clamps on the poles to slide up the bottom cover to anchor the bolts to the concrete. Each of the 4 sections (10x10) louvers can be adjusted separately. We put the cranks to the outside corners. The 2 pergolas are actually a mirror image to the one it's next too (exact opposites) but work really well that way. I would recommend to the seller to package replacement louver parts a little better. They are pretty fragile going cross country in long flat boxes (one per box). A little more protection would be better for both seller and customer. ... show more

  • Great Pergola
Size: 10'x12' Color: Charcoal
Pergola is great! Looks nice, functions well, it's a great addition to my patio. Saw the brand at a big box retailer and was pleased to find the size i needed on Amazon. The quality of the pergola is great, it doesn't look cheap i have had numerous comments already on how nice it looks. Let's talk about putting it together. Overall it's pretty strait forward. The instructions are easy to follow and well thought through... I did put this whole thing together myself, but I will say I absolutely do not recommend that, at least the frame portion. That was an absolute bear on my own, mostly in tipping up the sections to attach them together. I would recommend having another person help you with that part, and I'm sure the manufacturer would also say that. The rest of it was easy on my own as the louvers are lightweight and easy to carry individually. Having another person though for those would make it easier and probably quicker. All in all it took about 7-8 hours by myself. But I also was not in a rush and did it over the course of a couple days after work. It's a personal preference but I hate the supplied anchors for the posts to the concrete. I went and got some 2 1/2 inch Tapcon concrete anchors and lagged those into my patio instead. Like I said this is just personal preference as I think they hold better, especially on a slab vs footing. Short and skinny, great pergola, happy I bought it, awesome addition to my patio. ... show more

  • Looks nice but leaks
Size: 10'x10' Color: Charcoal
Looks great, built well but not fully leak proof. Any rain over a light drizzle will drip through slats. We use this at our seasonal camp site hoping to stay dry in the rain but not the case in a steady rain

  • Worth your time and treasure.
Size: 10'x10' Color: Charcoal
I highly recommend the 10x10 for your space if it fits. It’s a little tricky to put together, but the quality is very high. It’s very very well engineered. It fits perfectly in my 10x10 space. The drainage system is awesome. A bit of a tip, the MAIN louver is the SECOND slat, and it controls everything. Pay close attention to the instructions when you begin installing the slats. It’s awesome, and I highly recommend. ... show more
