I like this coffee maker because of its size. It's very compact, do you have to fill the tank for every cup of coffee, but that's really no big deal. It takes up very little space on the counter and functions well. No leaks, and my coffee tastes good.

Hazardous product! Worked fine 3 times, then on the fourth time, the hot coffee ran out of the upper lid instead of going into the cup. I quickly unplugged the unit, but it ran hot coffee on my counter, floor, and my hands as I moved it to the sink to control the leakage. After this incident, the appliance would not shut down; it just kept trying to descale, and the power off button would not work. Amazon should quit selling this product before someone is injured and sues. Remember McDonald's hot coffee suit. I would not recommend this product. I returned this product to Amazon. I was surprised and pleased with Amazon's efficient return procedure. I bought a renewed Keurig in place of the returned product and am so far pleased with this replacement.

Simple to operate. It brews up to 12 ounces incredibly FAST. There is a Clear windows with measurements showing how many ounces you're pouring in to the water "tank". The coffee (I opted to use as pod) brewed fast, fresh, and delicious! The unit also includes a reusable screened holder for ground coffee as an alternative to a pod. The price is very reasonable.

I was a lover of instant coffee until I heard it was connected to AMD and had to give it up so now I have a little more cleanup when I've had my last cup but the coffee maker works good and makes a nice cup of coffee.
