OK, negative, ready: - Wall remote is terrible and works 60% of the time but the phone app works 100% which is kinda dumb. - Occasional clicking after like a month or so. I have no idea what causes it but just crank it on high and it goes away. - Super stylish and the blades provide tons of air movement and we live in South Texas so that speaks volumes. - It's a super good looking fan though i think its highway robbery if you pay retail. I absolutely loved the look of this fan on our new porch, it initially worked well and moved lots of air to make summertime in Georgia much more enjoyable. Wow, my expectations were exceeded. I didn't want to spend that much money for my bedroom fan, but wow, was it worth it? Holy cow, yes! It's poetry in motion....just beautiful. PErfectly balanced, super quiet . It's pushes out a ton of air on high. The light is really bright on high (it dims). IT easily installs to your phone as a remote, and if you install an amazon outlet, you can turn it off and on with Alexa. This product is well made and beautiful. So happy. ... show more

    • After a year its developed a lot of Rust!

This is supposed to be an indoor outdoor fan. But, Not Really for Outdoor. I installed this fan on by screened in backyard porch. After about a year it started developing rust on the hanging rod and I just noticed rust under the paint around the metal ring that covers the light. We are not close to the beach or water. It does not get any direct water. Only humidity is always high as we live in Charleston, SC. This is by no means a cheap fan. I'd expect the build of it to be higher quality than it actually is. On a positive not its operation is quiet and efficient. But time will tell whether or not it'll need to be replaced because of rust! ... show more

The fan had a defect which made the controller with the light not workable could not turn off the light. check my history with Amazon will show I buy a lot of product I am very disappointed that Amazon nor the supplier gave me my money back $ 600.00

I have two of these on my lanai. I have done EVERYTHING, and the air circulation is horrible! You would think with that many blades you would feel something…….NOT! Big big big disappointment! I didn’t buy these for looks, but that is all I got. Not worth the money I spent.

This item was installed in a well-protected breezeway of our home and no longer works after less than 4 years of service. It provided a good amount of air and was very quiet. It just stopped working and after several troubleshooting tests, we believe the Wifi accessories and/or remote have malfunctioned. Based on a $600.00 replacement cost, we have decided to replace it with a 52" Harbor Breeze ceiling fan with a simple manual switch. ... show more
