A little funky in appearance to me, but it does the job well. It is VERY QUIET, no wobble, and moves a lot of air. We have the fan installed in a 12x14 bedroom with vaulted, 12-foot ceiling and I believe the fan would work well in a much larger area. The fan installs securely and well on sloped ceilings; it "looks straight" when hanging slanted out of the ceiling attachments. It's white and seems to disappear/blend-in on white ceilings. I have never put in a ceiling fan before, but found it quite simple to install. The fan comes with everything you need, including a remote control, but no wall switch. If you want a wall switch, order the WCS-212. The wall switch really is another remote control, as it does not need to be hard-wired to the fan (just to power). ... show more

Lots of frustration. When first ordered from Amazon, it arrived missing a part and the blades were the wrong color. It's a good thing we opened this package prior to calling the electrician to install, otherwise a costly waste of time. The second replacement fan arrived with everything in order, had it installed by an electrician. We chose the matte white color, I wanted it to blend into the ceiling, it is not a focal point of the room, but it could be with its simple and elegant design. The fan is super quiet and has as much air flow in low as our old outdated ceiling fan had on high. Now, exactly one month after install, the light has changed. The light is not very bright to begin with and the lighting itself is very direct downward, does not radiate around the room. Now the light is dimming by itself (we have never adjusted or dimmed it), and when following the instructions for dimming and brightening, the light does change but it not up to its full brightness. Hope customer service can help, otherwise this will be a useless product, this is our only ceiling light so very important that it works! ... show more

The fan is made of cheap plastic materials for such an expensive fan....Just because it's expensive doesn't necessarily mean it's quality. We had it installed professionally and the electrician still can't get the "wobble" out of the medium and high fan speed. There is no noise level simply because we can only run it on the low setting. If the wires and hadn't been cut, I'd send this back in a heartbeat. The description said it was a 52" which it was replacing another 52" but it looks more like a 44. I've never been so disappointed in my life. Don't waste your money on this one. Like I said, if I could send it back, it would've already been gone. ... show more

We bought two fan lights - one for each bedroom - when we use the remote to turn ON our light and fan, it turns OFF my sons light and fan in a different room! Now my sons' unit has broken and the LED light flickers like a strobe light. It cannot be fixed or replaced since the LED "bulb" is integrated into the unit - it is not a changeable separate bulb. It only lasted two years and now I have to buy another. Very disappointed. ... show more
