There is an e-mail address, but no phone number. Seller has not responded to multiple e-mails. There are 3 fixed studs that hold the door and the "in-feed bin" onto the unit. The top weld (in the single sheet of metal) failed before it was assembled. Also, the bag of bolts provided inside is random. All the needed bolts were all over the inside of the box (it turns out I was fortunate I had to open the chute door, as one of the bolts was inside the knife area, which might have caused problems). It is now working, but I can't recommend this.
