Great experience with this company! Delivery was expected mid October but it came a week early. They brought the two huge boxes upstairs into my apartment, placed them in my living room. This couch is absolutely beautiful, the quality is amazing for the price ….great deal!!! It’s sturdy, the color is beautiful, it’s firm and comfy. I was a little nervous about buying a couch online, not being able to sit on it or feel the material, but this company gives you 30days to enjoy the couch and if you don’t like it they will return your money and they come out and pick the couch up. The couch was so easy to assemble the pillows were already formed, like you literally pull the couch out of the boxes and it’s ready to go! The legs are a thick plastic, and they need to be drilled in, I didn’t put them on like the way it looks without the legs. I would most definitely order from this company again!! I have had this couch for almost two months now. I wanted to wait before reviewing. When looking for a couch we wanted something comfortable & aesthetically pleasing. That’s exactly what we got. It’s a very comfortable couch and it looks really good in our living room. I will say the chaise part is more comfortable than the smaller section. The pillows are not attached which some people find annoying but I like it because you can adjust them to your comfort. That section is very firm. Its an extremely soft material and it cleans well. It got delivered about a week sooner than expected which was great. I chose the front door delivery where they just drop it at the front door, but the delivery guy actually offered to put it in my garage which was perfect. The assembly of the couch was super easy the hardest part was getting it out the boxes. It comes in two big boxes. You definitely need a second person to help take it out the box as well. So we order this couch and it was love at first sight. It fit our small living room area, I loved the corduroy like material and of course the dark gray color. The couch was also super comfy. However it’s just 3months later after we received it the cushions have severely deflated. The couch is always moving apart which I’ve had sectionals before and didn’t notice immediately that there should’ve been some type of clamp to keep the 2 pieces together. And on the longer part when me or my mate sit down it’s like you’re sinking into the couch. Definitely feel like the couches were cheaply made just to be not upon arrival. I have the warranty thru Amazon but would love to hear from back from someone in the company willing to at the very least replace the cushions before I have to just do away with the couch. However just received response their warranty is only for 30 day?? Um that’s what Amazon gives your company should definitely provide a bigger window. So in closing DO NOT BUY this couch if you plan to have longer than 2 months. The company does not care about its consumers. ... show more

I love this couch so much. The shipping for this couch was scheduled for two weeks but I received the couch one week early. It was super easy to assemble. The couch comes in two pieces connected with a metal interlocking tool. I don’t apply the legs as a have dog who loves hiding balls until the couch 🛋️🫠 The sectional is comfortable and seats three or four people. The media could not be loaded. Okay so I was extremely nervous purchasing this sectional as the reviews are so mixed. My sectional arrived in absolute perfect condition, putting it together was a breeze and it was packaged extremely well. The sectional is sooooo comfortable and does not have a single defect. Everything on this couch minus the frame has zippers and is washable so the two big cushions and all of the pillows have zippers to remove the covers. The couch is very 'overstuffed' but in a luxurious way and the fabric is beyond soft. I have zero complaints so far. I will give this sectional time and update my review in 3 months but the quality is exceptional and I do not see myself having any problems with this sectional. I really liked the style, color, and size. The chaise is enough for 2 people. I ordered the lighter gray and it was a good medium neutral gray. It fit well in our space and looked great. It had good reviews so I gave it a go. The delivery was pretty easy although I requested an evening delivery and they assigned me a new time that was first thing in the morning. However, it was so lumpy and uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the chaise. It made my neck hurt and felt like I was sinking in while my legs were angled up. The description says it's made of foam but it's only foam on the bottom half of the seat cushion. The top is loose filler/fluff which made it lumpy and shift around. All of the pillows are also loose fluff and the back is very low so there isn't any back support. I'm pretty short so I thought that's why it was so uncomfortable. My husband who is 6 foot tried it and he had the same comments. It looks great but I wouldn't want to sit on it for more than 30 minutes.
