Installed these today. The app is really easy to setup, and it integrates seamlessly with my Amazon Echo. Sooo easy. Just name each plug, and then you can toggle the power on/off with your voice. "Alexia, turn on bedroom lamp"....you get the idea. Can't believed I waited so long to actually get on board with this.

Amazon 'Alexa' units are a great convenience, especially when a light or a device you want to turn (on/off) is at a distance; (if you want to check if it is). Like when you think you turned the coffee pot off, but you're not sure if you did or not, - you can actually check your Alexa phone app from wherever you are in town, and check if the device is (on/off). I used to drive back home sometimes to make sure, I really did. The Alexa Plugs and Lights save you time and effort when you come home too. I say, Alexa turn on the 'TV' and my TV screen actually turns on (and the other three devices connected to that power strip switch on). Or I say, turn on 'T1' - and the device I named turns on. -- "Turn off the coffee pot!" --

We use these with Alexa and LOVE them! it took a while to set up the first time, but with my daughters help, we figured it out and now Alexa turns my light off when i'm ready for bed. she turns on my sound machine when i forget to and don't realize it until i'm cozy in bed. She turns on my son's lava lamp and then turns it off again in 2 hours when i tell her to and i don't have to worry if he remembered to turn it off or not. the price of these was so much cheaper than the name brand and we haven't had any issues with them working or connecting. So happy with this purchase and as i find more and more for Alexa to do for me, i will be purchasing more for sure!

I have purchased many kinds of smart plugs in the past but this one can NOT be beaten. It is so simple is seems too simple and it won't work --- YES IT DOES!!! I can't believe how simple and less than 1 minute it is working and up. The timer is to simple also. If I had anything to say about this plug that was not so good it would be that it is a 3 prong plug so have an adapter if you plug in spot is only 2 prong. MAN THIS PLUG IS WORTH IT. I know have reordered this product twice since there are 2 in every package its a GREAT value. Buy it and it will not dissapoint you.

Good thing this product works, so it can be useful if you know its limitations. Now to deficiencies: It only works with Smart Life app which is far from perfect and somehow gets worse with time. It does require a hub for anything more complex than just turning it On and Off from the phone manually. Connectivity is flaky - it fell of the network five minutes after installation. Then returned and shortly fell again. It belongs to well known brand No Name and matches its reputation. Overall it is inferior to the corresponding Linkind product and the latter is cheaper.
