Great little projector for the price

First off this was exactly what I was looking for 1080p Native support with no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to bog down the device just a decent projector. I use it mostly with my ROG Ally X (2024) to play Steam Games with and watch movies/shows on the back porch with the family. The 1080p picture is great once you fine tune it and the trapezoid correction works flawlessly. The Games and movies on it looked great and we paired it with a USB-A PC speaker Soundbar. All plugged directly into the Projector. Throw a USB Hub in the mix and you can add in movies/pictures from a flash drive for your viewing pleasure. I would highly recommend one for outdoor movies, games and events. All in all I love the self contained features of the device as it fits my needs perfectly. The carrying case was the best addition to the projector for travel with the ROG Ally in it's own case. Great starter projector!

I’m really impressed with this projector! The picture is crisp and clear, even on a large screen, and the colors look vibrant. It was quick to set up, easy to connect to my devices, and the sound is decent on its own, i havent had to use my speaker. I’ve used it for movie nights and it has exceeded my expectations. Horrible picture, awful features. I get it, its cheap... its still a rip off. The audio is tinny and bad, the image is pixelated... i doubt its even 720p local at best. I bought it as a quick purchase because the one I wanted got damaged in transit and needed something quick. I would say this would be awesome in 1997 but now it is very basic, no wifi, no bluetooth. Searching 4k projectors brought this piece up and I dont understand how. I get it most can "fake it" but this doesnt even look 720p. ... show more

The projector arrived much sooner than I expected, and I absolutely love it! It was easy to set up, and the picture quality is incredibly clear, bright, and sharp. The colors are vibrant, making movies, shows, and presentations look amazing. The overall design is sleek, and it feels like a quality product. Good picture, not so good other things

Projector has decent picture quality, the speakers are not the greatest and don’t go very loud so I would recommend hooking it up to an external speaker so it’s somewhat enjoyable. Don’t plan on watching anything quietly with it because the fan it kind of loud itself and you won’t hear what you are watching ... show more

A solid, little-to-no-frills projector for a decent price.

This is a pretty solid little projector, for the price. Now, I’ve only used to to project to my ceiling, mainly for movies (though some light/casual gaming) and it does the job. Yeah, there are better projectors out there, but for under $50, I’m happy at this cost/value point. The picture is sharp enough, and clear when it’s dark out. The setup is easy, given it’s just an HDMI and power input (there is a USB port I haven’t used, and an aux port which would probably serve you well, as the audio is fine, but nothing to write home about). A minor issue is that it’s completely manual focus via a focus ring towards the front of the projector, on the top. One direction moves smoothly, while the other is a bit rough. The remote is basic, but does what it needs to. I’ve hooked it to my PS5 for physical movies and streaming, and my switch for some gaming. I haven’t noticed any significant lag, but I haven’t gone so far as to try & measure that at all. The sound from the integrated speaker is alright, but even at max volume you can still hear the cooling fan (though I haven’t used had it right next to me while using it, acting as a buffer for the kids). An external speaker could work really well with this. Only other convenience issue would be the keystone settings. It’s good it has them, and they’re easy enough to use, but it’s also completely manual, and it doesn’t let you know what the two options do until you start moving things around. All in all, it’s not too fancy, has some minor convenience issues, but is pretty good quality for the price, comes with a handy little storage/carrying case, and has worked with everything I’ve tried to use with it so far. ... show more

**EDIT I WOULD GIVE 10⭐️S if I could!! Not only for the product, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE in regards to my first review! Story below ⬇️ ****First of all this projector is AMAZING! I ended up going with this option because I already had a fire stick I was using in an older Sony TV, that my 5 year old broke (the tv is much older and very heavy so there was no way I could get it off the wall myself) having a “show” for him to watch in his room before bed is crucial for MY sanity at night being a single mom if 2 little, rough and tuff boys. However, I also didn’t want to buy him a NEW tv, I didn’t want him to feel like he was being rewarded for destructive behavior either. My 5 year old actually broke 5 tvs that week, so buying another TV was out of the question. I thought well I have been wanting a projector for outside movie nights in the summer or when I’m relaxing in the tub, so I tried multiple projectors with “approved” streaming apps built in. I hated all of the more pricey ones, the streaming sucked, the pic wasn’t great and they were all an around 200$! I started thinking “this isn’t worth the risk if he breaks this too and it’s not even great in the first place. Then VIOLÂ I happened to scroll across this projected that was 1/8th the price and worked with streaming sticks! Honestly when I got it, I wasn’t expecting it to be as amazing as it is!!! It’s extremely user friendly (the voice remote for the firestick works with it) , durable, easy to move from room to room or take on a trip, and I don’t worry about my kids breaking it! The only problem that I had was the remote stopped working for the actual projector and I could not find a replacement that worked with the unit! I was going to have to return it and get another one JUST to get another remote, which obviously after this long journey, I was bummed about. However, after writing my initial review, the customer service team for this company reached out to me and the service and attention to my concerns supersedes ANY customer service from any company I have had in a long time! They were not only prompt at addressing my remote issue, they offered sincere apologies as well as sent me a complimentary 100” projector screen as a gift for my trouble! TBH, I cried, life as a single mom is very hard and it’s rare you find compassion in regular life, let alone in your shopping transactions. I had just whited out the original tv screen that was broken, but the projector screen was a huge upgrade and perfect for both inside and outside movies. I wish MORE companies would handle customers in this way. The entire broken tv journey had brought me to tears, so when the company reached out and went the extra mile, it literally renewed my faith in not only Amazon buying but life in general. It was a small win, but just to be seen and not treated like I’m the problem, and alleviate the stress of having to return it etc… they sent my remote out right away and then the complimentary screen came about a week later. I told so many ppl about how amazing this team and company was and how I wish more companies would take note in this way, because you never know what your customers are going through and how just a simple and kind correspondence and help was so unexpected and yet so desperately needed on my end. It sounds strange but it honestly impacted me and impressed me in a way I didn’t anticipate. I’m so grateful to this day! Thank you so much again! Loved it perfect for my kids with the fire stick, however the remote stopped working a month in changed batteries and still won’t work, cannot get off the Home Screen, have to schedule a return to hopefully buy it again. Liked it much more than the others that were way more expensive, wish I could pair the Amazon remote to control the function ... show more

Works well for an inexpensive personal projector

For an inexpensive, general purpose projector, this product is fine. Picture brightness is good if the room is completely dark. Picture size is about 40" diagonal at 4ft, 60" at 5.5ft. That's max picture size at those distances. You can make the picture larger as you move the projector further away from the wall or screen. But the picture will dim the further away the projector is. There is a zoom +- function that will let you decrease the image projected. Here are some pros and cons- Pros 1- Portable, quick setup. 2- USB drive file accessible. Plays audio and video (mp4) directly from USB. 3- HDMI accessible. Plug in your computer or a player like the FireTVStick and this projector will play it. 4- Built in speaker. Loud enough for private viewing. Has headphone output jack if you want to plug in external speakers. 5- Powered USB port. If you are using something like a firetv stick, you can power it via the USB port. Cons 1- Power cord is short. About 4 feet long. 2- Picture quality is good, but don't expect HD quality. Difficult to make the entire picture focused and sharp. 3- Manual keystone picture correction via remote. 4- Manual picture size selection. Only 4:3 or 16:9 available, via remote. 5- Base is not weighted. The projector will easily spin side to side. 6- Can not project directly above when inputs are plugged in. The project will tilt up 90 degrees. But if you plug in a USB flash drive or an HDMI cable into the back, it will hit the base. You might get it to about 45 degrees. 7- All settings and functions are through the remote control. 8- No built-in streaming apps, wifi or bluetooth. 9- No wireless screen sharing.
