It is an amazing little washer and dryer. Just don't forget to put the cover circle on the spin tub. And don't forget to turn the water off . I forgor and flooded my washroom twice. I forgot to put the circle cover in the spin tank and a sock got stuck in the drain pipe. There is no way to get it out from where it ended up without breaking the washer. Customer service was unhelpful. It works great it is just not built to repair or unclog if something gets to far down the pipes. All pipes are cheap plastic and glued on. I am having to throw it out and buy a new one . It is great for washing and dryer is great too. Just make sure to take the felt out of the lint trap before use. Really all in all an amazing set just don't forget those small things so you won't be up a creek without a paddle and have to replace the washer. *UPDATE* I ordered another one really great company aurotech. I only received the dryer and it' doesn't include a vent box so you will have to buy one of those. So can't tell you how it works yet and still waiting for the washing machine but I'll get back to you. Finally we received the washing machine. Do not buy this product this is the worst product I think I've ever bought in my life the dryer doesn't get hot and the washer fluids because it turns on drain when you have regular washing on. This is a flop and dealing with them was terrible do not buy this product !!!! ... show more

Just received Product. It only was one carton, containing just the Washer. The Product decryptions clearly states Washer AND Dryer, describes it as a 850 Watt Separate Appliance. Now I HAVE to deal with wrong order and/missing parts.

My Fiancé bought these for me at my request last May 2025. I would’ve given 5 stars if it came with dryer sheet replacements and the guide to clean the overflow filter actually helped, but it doesn’t. I haven’t been able to clean it and now it is draining really slow. My dryer filter is warped. Yes, I bought replacements, but shouldn’t have to search high and low. Should’ve had details to products and replacements in guide. I can’t find any videos or clear instructions with pictures that make sense on how to clean the overflow filter. Do better with instructions. What is on the guide is not what I see when I open my machine. Besides that it does exactly what I needed it to do.
