This is a handy little saw. The design and functionality are decent . I did find I have to keep tightening the chain. The safety bar on top is a nice feature. I do like that it works with my dewalt batteries. I also noticed that when I put the supplied oil in, i have no idea where it went ? Its not on the chain and the res. is empty. So I put more oil in and have no idea where that went either? Maybe it could be on the chain?its very thin oil and clear. Its a perfect saw for pruning up trees or small nuicence trees

When I received the chainsaw I found that the oiler bulb would not suck oil from the oil tank. I checked the hose to the oil tank and found that when I moved the tank away from the unit, oil flowed into the bulb. The oil would still not get pushed to the chain bar and the bulb would stick. I figured the oiler tubes must have been pinched or kinked, so I returned it for another one. When I received the second one and it had the exact same problem, I decided to try and fix it instead of returning another one. You have to pretty much have to disassemble the entire unit to get to the oiler tubes, but you will find the tubing they use is too long and inflexible so they end up with multiple kinks that won't allow oil to flow. I replaced them with better tubing and now the whole chainsaw and oiler work great.

Cuts small trees and limbs like a hot knife through butter! Only drawbacks are the constant retentioning of the chain and I’m not sure how well the chain oiler works

The media could not be loaded. The oil anti-spill bulb is not working. After filling the oil tank with recommended oil and depressing the anti-spill bulb over one hundred times, the bulb still has no oil and the chain is not being lubricated. This makes the saw unusable. There is NO customer service to contact about this problem. I have not heard back from the seller after posting a note to the seller. I guess I will have to return the saw😡

It's a great little chainsaw for everything I need it for. My dewalt batteries fit it perfectly, it comes with an extra chain and a small chain oil bottle. The main reason I bought this was for our RV for trimming any branches too close to the RV and also cutting up wood for the fire pit.. It's compact and fits in the front of our 5th wheel with all my other tools.
