    • Minelab Equinox 700
I purchased the Equinox 700 as a step up from my Vanquish 540. I had hoped that the machine would live up to the hype and perform better than the Vanquish. The 700 is comfortable to hold, easy to swing and simple enough to use. I have enjoyed using the Vanquish and found lots of fun coins and relics. After getting the 700 I took to a spot that I had pounded with the vanquish many times. I wasn't expecting much but quickly swung over a clear 57 vdi and dug up a 1800s silver half dime. My first! I was pumped to say the least. I have to put in some more time and get some more experience with the new 700, but I have high hopes now. Minelab is a great manufacturer of some great affordable detectors. ... show more
