I was super skeptical that this chair (or any other) could meet my high expectations. I love my old office chair, but it's old. The 30s hit differently to the skeletal system, so I decided I should get something better for back and neck support. It was super simple and quick to assemble. Initially, I didn't put the headrest on because I like being able to see my desk, but decided to try it and take it off if I didn't like it. I love it enough to keep it. One thing I didn't see mentioned in videos is that the headrest does go up and down to be where you need it and has a lot of give so you don't feel like your head is fighting it. The seat is a nice foam that has enough give to be very comfortable after some use, but not so much that it'll be ruined after too long. The mesh back is nice, and I love that the lumbar support can be moved up or down. I spend several hours a day at my desk typing up novels, and this chair lets me rest and recline very comfortably while I work. The biggest bonus is, it comes in my most favorite color, so it matches everything beautifully. I'm so excited to love this chair as well as I loved my last one. :)

This chair looks really nice, feels sturdy, and was easy to assemble. I found it comfortable at first, but soon realized the arm rests and back were too short for me. I'm 5'8" and the armrests were just too low for my arms to be comfortable while at my desk. I really liked that the cushion was wide enough to put my legs up into the chair some, but ultimately I just felt too tall for the chair to be comfy long term. The customer service is prompt and responsive though, a very pleasant experience on that end. They can offer different sized hydraulic cylinders and parts that might solve some fit issues too.

The media could not be loaded. Wanted this chair in hopes of getting some relief. My old office chair was hurting my back and bum. This chair was a game changer and worth the price. It's great for the back and it's sturdy. The seat cushion brings comfort to a new level. It leans back but not too much. The arm rests can move up and down. I must say, if you are a bit wider it can see it being uncomfortable to have the arm rests. It was easy to put together but definitely reading is fundamental.

I really love this super comfortable chair! I work between 12 to 16 hour days, 5 days a week. So it definitely gets A LOT of use! It’s really comfortable and it’s got good cushion in the seat. The headrest sits at the perfect height, and the lumbar support sticks out enough to do its job without digging into your back. One of my favorite perks is the arm rests being able to move up, they don’t move around either, they stay put when I move them up. I wiggle and move around a lot, and like to sit cross legged, so that’s extra convenient to be able to move them out of the way, but still have the armrests when I need them. It’s also nice to flip them up when I push my chair in at the end of the day. The pink color is really cute too! Both me and my son got new chairs at the same time, his is a different chair though. He likes mine better and steals it when I’m not working. I have noticed an improvement with the pinched nerves in my shoulders as well (self induced from working in front of the computer so much with bad posture). The customer service was absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with! I reached out to activate the warranty, and asked if they had seat covers. I looked at their Amazon shop and tried to find one online, but I was hesitant to get one and it not fit. They were so nice to send me one! They were quick to respond to my emails also. They were great at communicating through the whole process and provided updates. 100% beyond pleased with my chair and the service I received. I will definitely be ordering again the next time I need a new chair, however with the quality of it, I think it’s going to be a while before that!
