So far, this is a great product! Very well-packed - I think you could toss the box out of a three-story window and it would be fine, and then that box was inside an Amazon box! All parts labelled clearly - they even put the two arm/frame parts in different color bags so you couldn't confuse them. The T-handle hex wrench was a nice touch, much more comfortable to work with. Assembly took about an hour, and I'm old and slow. Everything fits like it should, holes in proper places, no alignment issues. If you can read and follow instructions, it's as close to idiot-proof as possible. It rolls, tilts, rocks, and does everything as advertised. I'm not a huge person, but the people who describe it as "small" must be giants. Anyone under the 300 lb. capacity of the chair should be fine, unless maybe you're a string bean over 6'4" tall. The lumbar support is good, the material seems durable and the armrests have cloth, not plastic uppers. It seems stable, and of good quality overall. I can't talk about durability yet, but it feels solid. I paid 50% more for the chair it's replacing, and I already like it better!

The Mimoglad High Back Ergonomic Office Chair is overall a solid choice—comfortable, easy to assemble, and looks great in my workspace. However, I do wish it offered more lumbar support. For longer work sessions, the lower back support just isn’t as strong as I’d like. Still, it’s a good chair for the price and works well if you just need something comfortable and functional without all the extra bells and whistles.

Overall, I am pleased with this chair as my new office chair. As I work from home and need to spend extended periods sitting at my computer, the chair has been comfortable for me. It is not too heavy, tall, or wide like some office chairs. I am a slender female, 5'5". The chair's quality appears to be good, is stable, sturdy, and it has helped me maintain proper posture. The chair was easy to assemble and arrived in a compact box. The materials appear to be of good quality for the price, and I had no difficulty assembling the chair myself. The support team was very helpful and responded quickly after I sent an email to register the warranty. They offered to send me a complimentary cushion, and I just received the lumbar cushion. It added more comfort and support. In conclusion, I am very pleased with my purchase, and I have not experienced any issues with the chair. I hope it continues to function properly for years to come..

Love this chair! I had been searching for an alternative to a chair I had found in store that I really liked, though it was overpriced and not the best comfort. As a shorter and small female(5'5", 130lbs), I often have a hard time finding comfortable chairs that are not super huge or too tiny and uncomfortable; especially when it comes to the lumbar or head rest placement. This chair from Mimoglad however, has checked all of my boxes and needs! It is ergonomic, has a nice mesh back but a very thick and wide cushion for the seat (great for those that like to sit cross-legged as well) as well as a very adjustable head rest that isn't too firm or too soft. (It seems they have updated the head rest from the one in photo on the website, as this one is much more adjustable, see photo) It's perfect for long hours of sitting at your desk or leaning back to watch a show! I also love that the arms can be put up as well, as sometimes I like to have them down, while other times I can just lift them up if they get in the way. Overall I'm very satisfied with this chair, and it's a huge bonus that it comes with a 5 year warranty. It's so hard to find office chairs that are not that ugly pastel pink, and I love the hot pink color of this chair! I would definitely recommend it to others that are smaller/shorter, though I do not think it would work well for a tall/larger person. It was also extremely easy to put together. I cannot comment on the durability as I have not had it long, though with the long warranty I don't see that being an issue at all.

I needed a new chair for my quilt room so that I didn't have to swap my office chair back and forth every time I wanted to sew (I work from home in another room). After what felt like weeks of researching ergonomic chairs, that could hold up to 300 pounds, swiveled, and weren't extremely expensive, I found this awesome chair, and BONUS, it was pink (my 2nd favorite color). I decided, based on reading many reviews here on Amazon and Google, to take a chance and order it. The box arrived a bit damaged from shipping with some holes and crushed in spots, but after pulling out all the pieces there was no damage to the actual chair parts. My husband was able to put the chair together in less than 30 minutes and said it was extremely easy. Upon first sitting in it I wasn't so sure because I have a wide backside and am used to sitting in my "Shaq" Serta Big and Tall chair I purchased over 5 years ago that is now leaning to the left (due to the way I like to sit) and this chair is much more narrow. However, I love the support this chair gives my back, particularly the lumbar region since I have had surgery and need the support. The chair is comfortable to sit in, the seat is fabric so I can sit in it with shorts on and not stick to it during the humid summers here in the South, which I love! We did replace the caster wheels with rubber rollerblade-type wheels to help the chair move smoothly on the quilt room floor but the original caster wheels worked just fine before we changed them out. The only negative, for me, is that while the height is adjustable, for a short person like me, I'm 5'5, the lowest setting is about 2 inches too high and my legs hang. My fault for not paying full attention to the dimensions. The chair still works though since my sewing machine foot is about the same height and I put my footrest to the left so that I can rest my left foot on it, making it perfect for me. Overall this is a fantastic chair that anyone would be comfortable in!

I was most interested in comfort and adjustability. This chair has the lumbar support that is able to slide up and down a bit and I found it did the job. The arms can be flipped up which I love as I sit and play my guitar sometimes. It can tilt back or stay up. It raises and lowers just enough for me. The headrest that comes with the chair was not quite right for me. But when I called the company, they offered to send me a new type of headrest at no cost! The comparison is shown in the second photo. I am holding the original in my hand. The new one is attached to the chair. It is totally adjustable and I can find several comfortable positions easily. I am so happy with the chair I sometimes am almost too comfortable in it. I like to use it all day for various needs. It easily rolls and spins. The assembly does take some time and focus but all the parts and even a few extra bits are included and a tool for assembly is included too. Once assembled, the chair is solid. The parts fit easily and are well made, not cheap. The fabric is a soft woolen feel. Not scratchy and well padded. The seat cushion is thick and supportive. The back is a mesh and is very comfortable. It feels like a chair that would be much more expensive. Amazingly affordable. But the best part is the customer support that is beyond what I would expect. Very responsive and caring of my needs. I highly recommend this chair if you want an ergonomic chair that is stylish, affordable, well made and has wonderful product support.
