I love this bench/ exercise combo. It’s sturdy and was easy to put together. I’m a 5’4 woman and I put it together on my own in a couple of hours. The pieces are numbered so I laid them out in order and went to work…Lol I use this equipment almost every day now as part of my workout routine on both lower body and upper body strength training days. FYI it doesn’t come with any weight plates or a bar. I was able to find some for a great price on Facebook marketplace…..because stores charge a ridiculous price for them!!! If you choose to go that route don’t be fool with the $1 per pound people. Find someone who is getting rid of some old ones they don’t use for a reasonable price.

THE 8 IN 1 O Lympic weight bench is exactly what I was looking for it has the perfect length I'm 6'2. It has the settings for the bar I do have a bar so it sits perfectly. The price was definitely affordable. I put this machine in my garage and it is small enough to fit but long enough for a tall person. It was very easy to assemble, I think it took me an hour to put it together and i did it by myself. I saw other post about the stability of it, but so far it's very sturdy. The bench could use more cushion in order for it to be comfortable but I add a small topper for more support. The only issue I am having is notvthe bench , it's the leg lift part. Since I am tall, my feet drags on the floor. So I have to add support under my backside to lift my feet off the ground while doing leg lifts. That's the only con i have .

Es bastante completo, ya que te permite trabajar diferentes grupos musculares sin necesidad de ir al gimnasio. Puedes hacer pecho, espalda, brazos y hasta piernas con un solo equipo. El banco se siente firme y estable, lo cual es clave para entrenar con seguridad, especialmente al usar barra con peso. Además, el respaldo ajustable es un gran plus porque te permite variar los ejercicios y posiciones fácilmente. Otro punto positivo es que no ocupa demasiado espacio y es perfecto para un área como patio o garaje. Los materiales se ven resistentes y adecuados para uso constante. Fácil de armar lo hicimos entre mi hijo de 14 años y yo en un par de horas ( las pesas las compré aparte) En resumen: práctico, versátil y perfecto para empezar o mantener una rutina desde casa sin complicaciones.

After Using it for 3 months I change what i wrote i work 4 times a week, its prerry flimzy not the best when you do tri spes work out the whole thing flips not stead for bench press if you are doing leg work out its for short people of you 5.2 and above don't waste you money it's prerry garbo. not even for bigginers :/.

I want to like this, but I can’t. The rack is the wrong width and is where I want my hands to grip the bar. A regular bar tips off of the rack with only a 10lbs weight on one side. I know that the safety latches should keep the bar on the rack, but the effect is still very disconcerting with only a 25lbs plate. There is not room for your legs if you want to do a military press. The leg curl is too short for any normal size male. The lat pulldown pulley is directly at the top of the pole making a straight down pull (behind the head for example) impossible. The preacher curl attachment is too short, such that the curls hit the leg curl structure. The overall feel of the bench is a bit weak, but I can probably work with that. The chain and caribiners look to be too flimsy. On the plus side, it easy to put together, inexpensive, and is space efficient (small).

Giving three stars because of customer service. Product is not fit for wide shoulders in any way. Scratched my partner and was weak, unable to support any real weight. When attempting return customer service was responsive and gave a refund. Do not buy if you are using any real weight!!!!
