I was so pleased with this pot I fried chicken in it kept a temperature you have to let it heat up first. The grease wasn’t dirty after frying I was surprised how it kept a cleaner color of grease I’m happy I bought it, it cleans well and the meat keep its flavor I’m not sure of how hot the temperature gets I cooked my chicken on a 9 gas stove.i also fried French fries in the same grease it’s still clean and French fries are crispy and tasty I’m going get another one I love it I had to find this pot invest your money in this pot I literally burned it black with crust inside thought I had to buy another pot to clean it I used citric acid 4 tablespoons poured it into the pot with water boiling maybe a cup on the stove and 2 tablespoon of vinegar used a wooden spoon to help scrap it I thought it destroy the enamel inside I was so impressed I have a bristle scrubber what little was left I gentle massage it on the pot was like it was never burned it’s still shiny inside this is the pot to buy I never go back to find a review my pot is not scratched on the inside what a blessing

This pot is fantastic. I got the blue and love the finish on it. I've had this pot for just over a year now. I've used it on the smoker for Over the Top chili several times, and I've baked close to 40-50 loaves of bread in it now. With that kind of abuse, it no longer looks new, but the blue still looks great even with the hard-use patina on it. It cleans up well and had has proved it will last. After one year- -There are no chips in the finish. Exterior or interior -Heat distribution is fine on it. Bread always comes out great -It's clearly very durable -Compared to other dutch oven pricing, this is the way to go. I've gotten perfect performance out it for a significantly lower price than the popular names

I've had this Dutch oven for about a year. It's fabulous! Still looks new. It's very heavy and beautifully coated in thick ceramic enamel. The color is a beautiful red. It cooks everything so well and so evenly, and it cleans up so easily! I have looked at similar ones for so long and they're just so expensive, but the price on this one was so good. No other brand could match the value. It's every bit as good as the high end, name brand pots at a fraction of the cost.

I had a Le Creuset dutch oven in the past but didn't feel like shelling out hundreds of dollars for one again. I found this one (which color perfectly matched the Le Creuset olive) and bought because the price was so great. I was shocked at its quality when it arrived. Very heavy, beautiful, and well made. I've only used it a couple times, but it looks great on my stovetop and makes me wonder why I ever bothered buying more expensive dutch ovens. I love that I can use it on the stovetop and in the oven, and cooks so many different dishes so well. I had friends over for dinner and they were shocked when I said this dutch oven wasn't a Le Creuset! Would highly reccommend.
