    • Light doesn't work after TWO USES!
So disappointed! After 2 uses (approximately 1 hour each time), I set the microscope up to complete my practicum for teaching lesson plan, and the light no longer works! (Yes, I charged it prior to usage.) Given this outcome, I would rate this product a ZERO star and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND purchasing this product! The included "Microscope Manual" indicates to contact Customer Service, but fails to provide any contact information. Once again, I do not recommend spending this amount of money for an item that is recommended for kids. Added note - I cannot return this item since I purchased it in January 2024 and the return window has closed. ... show more
