I ordered my MINC Foil applicator in Sep of 2022 from CraftsWorldwide and have made many cards with it. It has worked beautifully. Then in early Feb it stopped working. I contacted CraftsWorldwide about the issue and they were quick to respond with two options send a new machine or a full refund. WHAT an awesome company no hassle or back and forth.     • It wasn’t broken after all
I watched the video and read the instructions. I knew I was not supposed to pull on the folder that goes into the machine. I knew it. Yet instinctively, when it went in crooked, I pulled. I thought I broke the machine. Not happy with the lack of support from seller. I was getting somewhere with manufacturer. I went to take a video to send them of the minc not working. So it started working lol! So, I think the takeaway from this is, give it a week if this happens to you. Maybe it just needed a rest? I promise you it wasn’t working. Used for my vellum wedding invites! The silver I used came out looking kind of "aged" but I liked it. I think with more practice I could get a cleaner foil but it is very easy to use!

Not as expected to add the foil I used laser printer and foil didn’t stick as well try a couple of different types of paper and lb but nothing it work maybe from like the 50 sheets I use only 3-4 work wast of paper and foil and money I was really expecting it to work !!
