Having used a 400W sub before and loved how that sounded I was worried if these 100W JBLs would be enough. While the 400W was definitely overkill for any house/basement party, these 100W can definitely fill any room. For it's size, weight, portability, and phone/bluetooth functionality, this is a no-brainer to have. I also have the JBL GO3, and while those are great in its own right, it doesn't pack enough punch to power a party. These, however, are great for any party. We used the mics for karaoke, connects seamlessly, and apparently you can add another box as well! Without a wall outlet to plug to, the runtime is pretty quick, though. Like, maybe 3 hours? The media could not be loaded. I will start by sayin that I was about to buy the Bose s1 pro but some how I encountered a video about this little JBL party box on YouTube . So I decide to give it a chance and I’m not regretting it at all . Before my purchase I went to a misc store to try the nose s1 pro and honestly the bass on that speaker is not even close this JBL . I’m a musician so I know how mids, highs and lows have to sound to give a great quality sound . Long story short this is the best little speaker I never own . 100% recommended ... show more

Nice but my old JBL Boombox version. The bass is crisp more boom. The encode is loud but the the bass is not like the Boombox version that I have. I'm a little disappointed because I love the JBL Product. But still a good buy.

This speaker puts out decent bass. We took this on road trips, use it everywhere in house, take it room to room when cleaning. Love it, you should buy it. It’s got a great sound quality that’s well rounded and you can adjust to your liking in the JBL app.

Compared to the Partybox 110 Nearly the Same Bass is as strong unless below 60% battery Battery is doesn’t last as long but at 50% with bass boost I would give it 5 hours The case is great to protect the speaker I wouldn’t recommend playing music while it’s inside the case, as it sounds muffled Otherwise it’s a great portable speaker and for a whole day at the park you’ll need a power bank that connects to 110v power/wall outlet plug in because of the smaller battery and if you want to play it loud the whole time. ... show more
