  • Great cold pressed Beets
I purchased this mainly to keep my Liver cleansed. This also helps my blood pressure and cholesterol. Mixed in yogurt for breakfast or a glass of water. Mixes well and has no bad taste.

  • Versatile and Flavorful Beet Root Powder
I recently tried the Organic Beet Root Powder, and I've been impressed by its versatility and rich flavor. Here's why I enjoy using it: Pros: Flavorful Addition: The beet root powder adds a delicious earthy and slightly sweet flavor to my smoothies. It blends seamlessly with other ingredients and enhances the overall taste without overpowering the drink. Versatile Ingredient: I've found numerous ways to incorporate this powder into my recipes. Besides smoothies, I've used it to add color and flavor to baked goods, sauces, dips, and salad dressings, adding a nutritious boost to my meals. Cold Pressed and Water Soluble: The cold-pressed extraction process ensures that the nutrients and natural flavors of the beets are preserved, resulting in a high-quality powder that is easily soluble in liquids. It mixes well with water, juice, milk, or any other beverage, making it convenient to use. Non-GMO: As someone who values organic and non-GMO products, I appreciate that this beet root powder is sourced from organic beets and does not contain any genetically modified ingredients. Cons: None: So far, I haven't encountered any drawbacks with this product. It meets my expectations in terms of flavor, quality, and versatility, making it a staple in my kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend the Organic Beet Root Powder to anyone looking to add a nutritious and flavorful boost to their diet. Whether you're a smoothie enthusiast, a health-conscious cook, or simply seeking a convenient way to incorporate beets into your meals, this powder is worth trying. It's become a go-to ingredient in my kitchen, and I'm sure it will become one in yours too. ... show more

  • Great for My Blood Pressure! Great for My Blood Pressure!
I have been drinking beet juice from powder for about six months and it keeps my borderline high blood pressure in a normal range (heaping teaspoon per day). I began running out of the original bag of powdered beet juice from another manufacturer and thought I'd try this one this time as it is organic. Some people say it gives them energy, but I have not experienced an energy boost from either product. Here are my impressions: Color MicroIngredients: Bright Dark Pink Other Brand: Dull Dark Pink Texture MicroIngredients: Fine, free-flowing, wieghs 3g per teaspoon Other Brand: Bigger grind, soft clumps, weighs 2g per teaspoon Mixing MicroIngredients: Mixes easily in cold water, need to stir briskly Other Brand: Mixes easily in cold water, need to stir briskly right up until you drink the juice. Rehydrated Appearance: MicroIngredients: Looks like filtered juice, fairly clear dark pink Other Brand: Looks like unfiltered juice, opaque dull dark pink Taste MicroIngredients: Tastes like beet juice. Earthy. Blah. Other Brand: Tastes like gritty beet juice. Earthy. Blah. What's Left in the Glass MicroIngredients: Very little undissolved matter left in the glass. Other Brand: Sediment in the glass. Conclusion: I prefer the Micro Ingredients powder and so far it has the same positive effects on my blood pressure. I like that is organic! It says "three scoops" is a serving. What scoop??? There is no scoop included nor does it say anywhere what size of scoop to use. I should not have to break out my kitchen scale to figure out "scoop" size by weighing out the grams. ... show more

  • Mild and pleasant tasting, but nutritional value is questionable.
Best tasting beet powder I have come across so far… not being a big fan of the “earthy”flavor built into beets. This beet powder has a slight sweetness to it, which is very pleasant. I’m not 100% convinced that one scoop equals three full beets, as stated on the package… especially since it’s own nutritional label shows a vitamin content that is approximately 1/10 of a single beet. That would mean a single scoop is not equal to three whole beats as it claimed on the package or they’re losing an awful lot of nutrients in their processing. That said, despite their exaggerated claims, I still think it’s the best tasting powder I’ve come across so far, and the color itself is a pleasure to look at. ... show more

  • Absolutely Wonderful
A little about me: Healthy male, exercise regularly, early forties, not on any medications but take a lot of supplements such as wheatgrass, black seed oil, haritaki, a digestive enzyme, iodine, etc. I have normal to slightly elevated BP, and also have a family history of heart disease and high BP. I decided to try beet juice powder because I have experience ED for the past 10 years and have taken nitrates for this with very little improvement. ED is a precursor to heart attacks and strokes later in life because of its root cause (poor vascular dilation) so I started a beet juice regimen as treatment. I have taken this brand of beet juice powder for only 2 weeks and am very pleased with the results. It has worked wonderfully to improve my energy levels, sharpen my vision, detox and cleanse a bloated stomach, and I have also seen a major improvement to my circulation which has vastly improved my ED. Also beet root powder has been scientifically been proven to increase strength and cardio ability by 20% so my workouts have been dramatically improved. I have read claims from other beet juice powder that say they have 10x the nitrates but decide to try this one first because it is organic and 1/3 the price. I am very pleased i must say. After trying this brand I later tried the more expensive brands and did not notice any difference. While researching beet juice I discovered why the nitrate capsules I was taking did not work. The bacteria in your mouth is needed to convert the nitrates to nitrites which is then converted to nitric oxide. Taking nitrates in pill form does not start this conversion because the pill does not dissolve in your mouth. ALSO: DO NOT USE AN ALCOHOL BASED MOUTHWASH. It kills the bacteria in your mouth you need for this process. ... show more

  • be cautious, experiment with it.
At first it seemed ok, but after a few days I started getting heart palpitations. I stopped taking it and palpitations went away. So I just placed it in the trash. It did not work for me. It might work for someone else. We all react differently to supplements.
