I bought this grill online without knowing the brand name, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and performance of this product. It arrived in a sturdy box with all the parts and instructions included. It took me about three hours to assemble it, but it was not too difficult. The grill is made of durable steel and has a large cooking surface that can fit up to 20 burgers at once. See the picture of the grill attached. It has four burners that heat up quickly and evenly, and a temperature gauge that lets you monitor the heat level. The grill also has a side burner for sauces or side dishes, and a warming rack to keep the food warm. The grates are non-stick and easy to clean, and the drip tray catches the grease and fat. The grill has wheels for easy mobility and a cover for protection. I have used this grill several times and I am very happy with the results. The food comes out juicy and flavorful, with nice grill marks. The grill is easy to use and control, and I have not experienced any flare-ups or smoke. Good quality and great size for bolcony

It’s delivery in front door and no need to pick up. I assembled the parts in about one hour and it works well. Surprisingly, the size is exactly what I wanted for balcony and it is very beautiful. I bought a tank of propane and started grilling today. Preheats quickly and heat is easy to control. But the griller with no rain cover come with it. Good buy and worth the price.

Easy to assemble, good value for the price.

Overall the assembly was easy, there were only a few minor issuues that came up (missing screw, etc.) Total assembly time was about an hour. The grill has been working well, no complaints or issues so far.

Burners rusted through with under a years use.

I am extremely disappointed with this gas grill. The stainless steel burner tubes rusted out only 360 days after I placed the order. By the time the grill was shipped, assembled, and actually put into use, it had not even been used for a full year. To make matters worse, the grill was always covered with a breathable grill cover when not in use to help protect it from the weather. This was not due to neglect or improper care. A grill is completely worthless without functioning burner tubes, and now I’m left with a $300+ metal box that cannot even be used for its intended purpose. I contacted the company hoping they would stand behind their product, but they refused to do anything to help. For a product advertised with stainless steel components, I expected much better durability and customer service. I would not recommend this grill based on my experience.

Before you start to assemble....

Say a prayer. This product is not easy to assemble. I have assembled several grills in the past. The worst part is putting together the side, or fourth grill. This is usually already assembled, and easily attached, when opened due to the complexity of this particular piece. The instruction picture is not adequate, and am not comfortable with putting it together. I'm not sure that it will be safe in the future. Be prepared to spend hours putting this item together.

This grill came boxed and packed perfectly. Very good quality and was easy to assemble. Much better than the name brands I have had in the past. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a nice gas grill. Bought as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. I’m 65 and assembled myself and female. Son-in-law loved today (Christmas day). Took home, added propane tank and started right up. He loved the quality of the grill and even noticed the grease catch tray. We are all very pleased. Don’t waste your money on the top name brands. This grill will surpass your expectations. The quality is just incredible for the price.
