Replaced a Golden scooter with this one for the ground clearance Quality not as good as Golden but the cost of the Metro is hundreds cheaper for comparable models. The batterys are the biggest problem, if battery meter is in the lower part of green you better stay away from inclines. The tip wheels are too low so I did a modification. The ride is pretty smooth and comfortable but watch your speed with sharp turns. I'm researching battery upgrades but overall it's not a bad scooter.

I love this scooter! It can be easily loaded into the trunk of my car. My old powerchair weighs 275 pounds and my husband was having a hard time loading it. This one only weighs 105 lbs. I saw this scooter and thought I'd give it a try. I have other issues than mobility. I love that I can angle the tiller towards my legs more so that I can rest my arms. It's quite zippy! It says 4.9 MPH but it seems much faster. It doesn't really matter but now I can keep up with my husband when he goes on walks instead of slowing him down. I've taken it on pavement, sidewalks, and even on our groomed trails in our fields. I also love that I can pivot the seat so that if I'm having a particularly difficult day it makes it easier to get up. This is one of the best purchases I could have made!

Scooter wouldn’t power up when we received it. Customer service is horrible. After one week of having this, all of their support for me involved ME having to rewire the scooter. And no… I am not an electrician or engineer. So…now have a dead scooter broken apart in my garage, and seeing no resolution for my $1,000 I wasted on this scooter.

Thank you so much for a wonderful product! My husband has ALS Lou Gehrig disease and is still mobile. He will now be able to get around in style, without me having to push him in a manual chair. He loves a lot of the features including the fact that the chair has arms that swing upward and the seat moves completely around. I think it's going to be worth every penny. Thank you so much! Is anyone having the same problem i am? I hot my scooter only a few days ago took it 3x to disneyland and it shut down on me repeatedly like 15x each day it acts like im pressing a brake and theres no brakes on it... and thrn it wont go i have to redrop the battery case on press button on battery and ho again only to stop a few mins later it leaves me in tears whats the problem??? I love this scooter just not the problems its giving me..i cant enjoy my day!!
