The scooter arrived much quicker than expected. Over all it is a nice scooter. Very streamlined in appearance. The leather seat is extremely comfortable. The controls are very easy to use and the scooter controls very easily. It does fold down nicely to fit in a trunk as described. However even after taking the battery pack off it is a bit heavy and wI'll require two people to lift it into the trunk or rear of the vehicle. Might be different for someone who has full use of their legs though. I can't stand and lift anything heavy. Overy all the scooter is very nice and we'll worth the money. I bought this because I have mobility issues and a big dog, and walking her became a problem for me. So I would fire this up and run her up and down the road by my house. It has good power, good speed, is easy to operate and it worked great all last year. I took the battery out for the winter and put the scooter in the garage. This year it wouldn't start for me. I have had problems with this scooter since I purchased this item. First, I have problems on a hot day having it work for me. I called the company it took 3 weeks for them to get a hold of me. In order to be able to get the scooter on and off by myself I had to get a lift, so I did not leave the scooter exposed to the heat. The heat exposure is not mentioned in the manufacture handbook. Now am having problems with the run slow run fast button has come off I guess while it was on the lift driving down the road. The wheelbase is too short. It is uncomfortable to ride in because I have to sit pigeon toed to have my feet fit on the scooter. Finally, the cushion has come unsnapped, and no one can get it snapped back into place. 5people have tried to snap the seat cushion, it is so tight it won't stay snapped. So, I have to take the cushion off the scooter every time I have it on the vehicle, so I don't lose the cushion. ... show more

I really loved this little scooter and have had it 2 years. It used to run great. It is heavy but I can just dismantle it quickly and place it in the back of my Subaru Ascent. I am 75 and I care for my husband who cannot walk. When I bought this, I also bought a second battery that Amazon said was the same battery. I never opened the box, believing it was the same. When I needed to change the battery, I opened the box to find a very similar battery but too large to fit my scooter. I tell you this because “compatible” ( if you see the pictures) means nothing. The battery is form fitted. What a waste of money. I now have a scooter without a compatible battery and a battery I cannot return. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY TRIED TO HELP ME BUT THEY TOLD ME THEY DON’T HAVE MY BATTERY. They sent a link to EBay for a “ COMPATIBLE” battery. They don’t look anything like what I need and I already have a battery I can’t use. ... show more
